Please guide the government of Gujarat for Mission Manglam Yojana.
In Gujarat, Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Ltd. not renewed contract of GLPC staff and do the new recruitment. Well trained, qualified staff are there, so why this step taken by GLPC?

General impression in mines area is that the field is a lootmar area.Strong instruction/mobilization to the mine's owner or govt.undertaking be given to create a good atmosphere that these are the national property & all from bottom to top work with dignity. Workforce must be skilled & they may be trained by sub-oriented/apprenticeship & on-the-ground training. Proper video recording to be maintained & that to be sent to the authorities of mines safety,planning deptt, MSME,concerned ministry&PMO
