Dear Modiji
I have a suggestion regarding Financial Year change. As our financial year is from Apr to March, any new expenditure sanction for any department is put up and sanctioned only during August. If these sanctions pertain to PWD civil works, work contract is awarded thereafter and the work is started during peak rainy season and after a few months, these get damaged severely. This results in doing the same repair work again with new estimates. Why can't we change to calendar year ?

I am sure Delhi University would like to save the precious one year of as many students possible who are currently at risk of loosing the same owing to lack of provision like it aims to do through this recent provision for the suffering FYUP students.
Pls help them by implementing this special provision for the 3 yrs May/June 2014 6th Sem ER students too as they risk loosing a year in case their answer sheets r not reevaluated & results are not declared this year.Is it asking for too much

IDU has finally released the special Notification dated 20th Oct 2014 - Reinstating Revaluation of Answer Sheets.
It has completely ignored the 3 yrs. program final semester students who got ER in their 6th semester exams results also declared in May/June 2014 (like in the case of FYUP student results). These students are stuck as the span period for re exams is currently 1 year & therefore they can sit for re exams only in May/June 2015 and waste one year.IT IS FOOLISH.

In my opinion, Emotional Strength or Emotional Quotient of Indians is weak and affects our attitude, courage to face adverse situations and hence masks our technical / academic skills. I suggest including NCC / sports as a compulsory subject, at least for one year, during high school. This is one of the ways to toughen the mind and body. Further, this will improve self discipline and patriotism.

Certificate oriented course in a disciplined class room is definitely needed. But do not add un relevant subjects and provide a placement, with career assurance. Also encourage the innovations/alternate source of energy like wind and solar usage in automobile industry.

i think by sub oriented training because they are exposed to the hardships and problems and can be more experienced to take his own decision in difficult situations
