Hello Sir, this is my first post on any topic. I am a CA student. I have gone through rigorous training of 3.5 years. So i know the best part of it. Due to the training i am able to do my work efficiently and effectively. But i always refer some points from the book bcz rules are changing on day basis. So in my opinion training gives real and practical knowledge and classroom training gives power to think under the present scenario. "Classroom give us books and books dreams "!!!!

Technical Research Institutes for mining should be set up for 1.technical approach towards mining instead of manual . 2.Safety measure should be taught and adopted. 3.Systematic way instead of adhoc for mining. 3. Proper guidance and trained worker instead of contract labour. 4. Work should be made interested instead of pain or load.

Model village scheme - Suggest there should be month on month basis implementation plan. Progress is tracked IT and published. The village development plan is to be prepared and implemented by them to have ownership. MP role is to facilitate the implementation and solve road block, motivate villagers and drive implementation. Specially MP need to watch / handle line function at dist level, they may be the biggest impediment in achieving the goal of model village. .
