The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Good Afternoon Sir, I would like to put stress on the kind of delays we have in joining or completing recruitment process of various Government related jobs This can be due to certain cases pending in court due to litigation or due to some other reasons but it costs a lot to them who have their careers at stake like the various exam aspirants for govt jobs as their year or years are wasted on waiting . I would like to bring to your kind notice a similar case of Ibps Reserve list candidates

This problem can be solved by making big water resvirour which should be sufficient for 3-4 irrigation for entire village. These can be filled during monsoon from rainwater. Other solution could be to create GRID of borewell where all borewell should be connected with wide tunnel. And in summers, if some borewell is idle, that can supply water to grid and needy people may take water from GRID. This model may be helpful as people in north india have scattered farms.

Irrigation water. I Belong to the village in Shamli district in west UP. I usuallly see the electricity shortage during the summer which result in people depends on diesal genset for irrigation. Even people with small farms who don't have borewell find it very difficult in all seasons. due to ths, agricultue cost increases.

Cleaniness: We usually see lot of dirt, water and mud on street. and sometimes its impossible to pass from there. Even if Govt construct road in some schemes, their is no maintainance. Govt agencies like gram panchayat, aanganwadi(For play group) etc are totally failed and their output is maximum 10% based on what their performance should be. Cleniness problem can be solved by constructing sever line and RCC road in steert. small sevage treatment plant can be installed to treat water.

To solve this problem, We have to change the village atmosphere by educating parents first along with childrens. So that parents should not do anything unethical like smoking, drining, abusive language, use proper language, have clean home etc.

Education: Education level in villages is at a very low level. It seems to be atleast 30 years behind the education system in metro cities. People either send their childrens in nearby town or leave it on the system. And when they grow up, parents expect them to perform at par with child grown up in cities. Around 5-10 % of child actually succeed to meet parents expectoin but rest of the becomes partailly shaped talented unemployeed on street.
