The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Dear Concern, As the concern highlighted by you on the skill development for mining. I agree with the on the job training. But I think the current structure which is there is neither coming from class room training nor on job training. All income from the coal goes into the pockets of mine owners. Its really important invest huge money in skill development of workforce and convert them from labour to skilled employees. Which will give the better output and skilled resources.

These points will surely help to make a safe haven (INR). 1) economic growth 2) strong country finances 3) stable political system 4) liquidity (how easy the currency is to buy or sell).

Dear respected sir I'm currency speculator but I still can't put my money due to legality issues, and I think it is the right time to make this thing legal in India. In long run it will be very good for our currency, Isn't that possible to make our currency Safe Haven? I think it is possible if right decision and care will be taken by government. I suggest to make currency speculation legal in India. Thank you :)

Dear Sir,Sharing idea-"Yashoda Mamta Griha" a baby care center.Govt. baby care center should be created in urban areas every 500 sq meter(with cctv).Also my digital library concept is useful to take technology to the most deprived.Also with some modifications this can be used for facilitating peace in violent areas.Received ack/response from UN Africa Renewal as attached. Many things need to be changed. Our education system forcing us to a competitive edge where self interest is focused. We need to join hand together to solve out this problem for a better education system where learning can be judged by person's moral values and disciplines what ever he has acquired out of his education.

With regards to pension, I have seen cases where widow is getting husband's pension even if she is working and getting a salary of more than 20k . There should be proper scrutiny of these cases so that Govt.'s money is not wasted. We can actually save a lot of money in this and invest in some other useful projects which are on hold due to insufficient funds.

Currently we are having UAN(for PF) and UID(adhaar). We are we wasting money on both the projects. Instead we should go on only with UAN or UID which will be unique for everyone and invest only in UAN or UID. This will reduce redundancy and same account can be used for multiple purpose. This will actually reduce money wastage.
