The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Actualy both are required in a mixture or we can say that we should simulate the real enviornments in lab as a prototype and in final semester years full exposure to the mining enviornment or a type of internship should always required which will serve as training for all the aspirants as class room study is better only when combined with the practical study and or in simple words we can say start with classroom and end in a field and thats how all the education system should go ahead in general

in primary classes morality and nationalism should be embedded deeply in students.in middle classes importance of agriculture and other rural skill like carpentering etc should be taught with their class work and students should be sent in village area to have better idea of rural india for some days.further students should be allowed to go with any one subject of their interest to get even degree of that subject.many students though very good in math are failed for doing bad in other subjects .

As most of the govt depts are being modernises by way of maximum use of information technology a cpmprehensive change in the practical working of the departments is also required. Due to this mismatch the services of work force available to these depts are not being utilised effectively. Therefore a new office procedure should be framed which is also compatible with the roles assigned in the computerised enviournment of the department.

it shud b made compulsory to admit children of Govt. employees in Govt. schools. Assesment of teachers shud b made by parents. if children of govt. officers will go to govt. school den accountability of teachers will also increase. Govt. teachers will also be punctual in dat case. moreover, dey will have to update themselves. As, fees of children is reimbursed by Govt. So this fees will again cum to assist in improving govt. schools.

sir there is difference between donkey and hoarse.donkeys are totally practical he doesn't know what is going on around him he just work hard and sleep and hoarse know that what i am doing why i am doing and what happen after this.finally sir practical key sath sath kitabhi gyan hona bhi jruri hai.

Dear PM, Namaste whenever there is dispute with adjoining states over some issue or other, only common/innocent public become victims of the fanatics, especially when their vehicles number plate is easily identified and the miscreants target the people of other state. It happens most of the time between south states, esp Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. to avoid this, we can a number plate which only the transport authority/ govt.dept can identify through digital system , not common man!! . Thanks.
