Pedestrians & students must be encouraged to use bicycles as in Switzerland, Belgium Sweden etc to avoid air pollution & heavy traffic by establishing electronically mechanised bicycle stand at every important street of the city by the govt with minimum wages. So that the city can be protected from air pollution and road accidents.
Do something that is Eco-friendly

The "smart city" concept is all good only if all the suggestions are implemented properly, and it's equally important that the citizens must take care of the facilities provided.
most importantly:
STOP THE COMMUNAL RIOTS YOU STUPID PEOPLE. Throw the "smart city" tag in the dustbin (only if we know to use them!) if we won't learn how to be good citizens at first.
The only thing I want Belagavi is to be a peaceful and clean city where people are living in harmony.
