The eligibiliy parameters for a smart city are being finanalised with emphasis on Urban Governance of the city ! The rating agencies do exactly the same thing ! The parameter of floating population and migrative appeasement is not included ! Parameter of policy intervention of State and Central government should also be there ! The utilisation of local representative funds for community development is usually not followed as the Master Landuse Plan and Building bylaws ( energy efficient )

Incredible India!! indeed, a bit of well framing the things, attract the tourists and yes I personally feel Indians are polite and we belive in "athithi devo bhav", just need to make a brand out of it, as Malaysia did. Our own best example is Kerala " Gods own country " Just brand it and yes preserve our history and develop it. Every small places should be reached with transport and good roads.Destination should be having good sign boards, and we should keep our originality in those places.

Tourist in INDIA came for their natural beauty and rich culture but both will vanish slowly... so not only govt. but we had to take initiative to promote it . Like I lived in Patiala city of Punjab State which had a magnificent culture and history but only few people know about it not only in country but even in Patiala. so we have to aware people so we share our culture which promote local tourist too. because if we are successful to promote local tourist we in right direction towards this.

Whatever the Swach Bharath Andholan was started, its just a photo session and publicity. Nothing is going to happen from that. People won't stop littering. The only way to have a clean India is by implementing law against littering, spitting and urinating and etc in public places; and strict punishment of some heavy fine and some disciplinary action on the ones who do so.

You, the Government keep on saying that India is Secular. If it is really so and you guys believe in it, then take away the reservation systems based on caste. Can you do that? No. Because you people are afraid about winning the next elections. India will surely not develop till these caste based reservations are in action. If you are not planning to stop this nonsense, please do not call India as a secular country!!!
