While all other criterion for reservation like cast/religion are man-made, eunuchs are dominated section of society created by nature. Even the respectable/affording families disown their own eunuch-children! Not only eunuchs should be given priority and reservation in government-jobs, but also private institutions giving employment of eunuchs should be encouraged by providing special subsidy on wages paid to eunuchs by private establishments. Seats should be reserved for eunuchs in legislature

Permission to open private Dental colleges has become a lucrative business with students paying money in tune of millions for admission. It is shocking that many private colleges manage ‘floating staff’ with all fabricated employment-record to ‘satisfy’ visiting teams from Dental Council. It can be implied that students getting degrees from ill-equipped colleges cannot be expected to become good dental-surgeons in practice, and may rather prove to be a liability on the society

Union and state governments provide land to political parties at highly subsidised rates, apart from providing government bungalows and other accommodations at rent much-much below the market-rate of that area. Since political parties are not complying with full-bench CIC-verdict holding them under purview of RTI Act, Union and state governments should take immediate steps to abolish providing land at subsidised cost to political parties, and allotting government-accommodations to them

Prasar Bharti should abolish practice of giving free time to political parties on Doordarshan and All India Radio. Practice started when only these two public-broadcasters were there with no private TV-channels and radio-network existing has lost relevance because political parties afford huge money in election-campaign on private news-channels. It is senseless to provide indirect government-funding to political parties in form of precocious time on Doordarshan and All India Radio

There are about 1600 registered political parties in the country with most of them having never contested any election. Rules should be tightened so that such political parties not serious in contesting elections including having not participated in recently held Lok Sabha elections may be immediately de-registered. It may be compulsory for a political party to participate in elections within say one year of getting ad-hoc registered, failing which it may lose its registration

Rules for being recognised political parties as national and state level political parties should be further tightened to pave way for an ideal system of fewer political parties. Courts rather than administrative machinery have to rule in such cases. Steps be taken to check activities of self-styled god-men befooling public in name of religion. Governments are found unable to follow directives of Supreme Court and High Courts especially in matters concerning religions of minority-communities
