Digital Locker is one of the key initiatives under the Digital India Programme. A beta version (http://digitallocker.gov.in) of the same has been released on 10th Feb. 2015, by Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Govt. of India.

Digital Locker is aimed at minimizing the usage of physical documents and enable sharing of e-documents across agencies. The sharing of the e-documents will be done through registered repositories thereby ensuring the authenticity of the documents online. Residents can also upload their own electronic documents and digitally sign them using the e-sign facility. These digitally signed documents can be shared with Government organizations or other entities.

Key features of the Digital Locker System are:

• 10 MB of free space in digital locker to residents to access their documents through Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and also securely store e-documents.
• e-sign online service to digitally sign documents

Residents are invited to use the Beta version of the Digital Locker System and provide suggestions and feedback on the same. Suggestions are also invited on the use cases for services which can be additionally provided by the Digital Locker System.

Sir, As it is evident that there is no control or monitoring over the actual no. of challans or fines which can be collected from rule violaters, I propose the same should be outsourced and should be given to private companies. The law is same for all and in case this is outsourced, the govt. can actually see how much money we have been loosing on till date, along with a huge improvement in the state of law and order in the country. Fines are some of the biggest revenue source in many countires

When a patient goes to a government hospital, he has to take his entire case history with him. Instead of this, what can be done is we can take the Aadhar card number of that particular patient and maintain a digital record for that number on an online system. In this way, we can create a nationalized database and the patient can be treated wherever in the country he may be, without the need to produce the case history.The doctor can easily download it based on the patients aadhar number.

dear Sir, Smart city k lie ek Plan ready kiya maine, Par o excel Sheet me rahene k karan ise attach nai Hora hai. भारत् की प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था ऐसी हॊ गयी है की आज् गरीब‌ आदमी कॊ न्याय‌ नही मिल रहा है. न्याय् मिलनॆ कॆ लियॆ वॊ अदालत‌ जाता है तॊ वॊ सत्र‌, उच्च, उच्चतम‌ न्यायालय‌ कॆ चक्कर‌ काटता रहता है आज‌ उच्चतम‌ न्यायालय‌ कॆ लियॆ उसॆ दिल्ली आना पडता है. गरीब‌ सॆ गरीब‌ कॊ भी न्याय‌ सरलता और् कम‌ सॆ कम‌ खर्च‌ मॆ मिलना चाहियॆ. मा. सुप्रीम‌ कॊर्ट कॆ दॊ या तीन‌ खडपीठ‌ हॊ तॊ दॆश‌ कॆ सभी कॊ नजदिक हि यह‌ व्यवस्था हॊ तॊ उसकॆ खर्च मॆ कुछ कमी हॊगी. छॊटि मुह‌ बडी बात‌ की है लॆकीन‌ गऱीब‌ कॆ लियॆ सत्ता का विकॆन्द्रिकरण हॊ

માનનીય મોદીજી, તમે દેશ માટે લોકોના મન ની વાતો સાંભળો છો અને તેની પ્રતિક્રીયાઓ પણ આપો છો – ઘણી સારી નિશાની છે દેશ ને પ્રગતિ ના પંથે અગ્રેસર કરવાની. પણ મારું આપ ને એક સૂચન છે કે અગાઉ જે તજજ્ઞો પોતાના મન ની વાત – દેશ ના હિત માટે કરી ગયા છે તે બિલકુલ અવગણવા જેવી નથી. હું મારી વાત ને ટૂંકાવતા કહું તો , તમોશ્રી માત્ર શ્રી નારાયણમૂતિઁ એ લખેલ અને હેતલ સોંદરવા એ અનુવાદ કરેલ પુસતક - નહીં માફ નીચું નિશાન - (A Better India, A Better World) - અચૂક થી વાંચી જશોજી. આભાર. નરેશ બેટાઈ – વડોદરા.

For the immediate Notice of P.M. Influential person of a locality construct small and medium size worship places centred at major local roads. No local authorities object such activities due to vote bank. In due course these places get huge donations which are unaccounted. Public faces lot of problem and no one dares to intervene. Kindly take immediate actions in this matter.

यदि कक्षा 6 से 8 तक के बच्चों की मान्यता अलग हो जाय तो बोर्ड परीक्षा के दौरान कक्षा 6 से 8 तक के बच्चों की पढ़ाई बाधित न हो और उनका कोर्स भी आसानी से पूरा किया जा सकता है ! यानि जूनियर हाई स्कूल और इण्टर कॉलेज की मान्यता अलग किया जाना परम आवश्यक है ! तभी इस कोढ़ से मुक्ति मिल सकती है और बच्चों का भविष्य तभी सवंर सकता है ! मेरे मन की बात यही है कि शिक्षा के गिरते स्तर और उसके ब्यवसायीकरण को रोकना अतिआवश्यक है ! प्रधानमन्त्री जी, स्कूली बच्चों से आपके मन की बात करने का उद्देश्य तभी पूर्ण हो सकेगा !

माह में तिमाही परीक्षा ली जाती है और माह दिसंबर में छः माही परीक्षा ली जाती है और फिर जनवरी और फरवरी में वार्षिक परीक्षा संपन्न हो जाती है ! अब इस सिलेबस को देखने और समझने से स्पष्ट है कि बिना कोर्स पूरा किये ही कक्षा 6 से 8 तक के छात्र व छात्राओं की परीक्षा लेकर उसके कैरियर को दीमक की तरह खोखला करने का घृणित कार्य शिक्षण संस्थाओं द्वारा किया जा रहा है ! इसका सबसे प्रमुख कारण शासन स्तर से कक्षा 6 से 12 तक की मान्यता को एक साथ देना है !
