Digital Locker is one of the key initiatives under the Digital India Programme. A beta version (http://digitallocker.gov.in) of the same has been released on 10th Feb. 2015, by Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Govt. of India.

Digital Locker is aimed at minimizing the usage of physical documents and enable sharing of e-documents across agencies. The sharing of the e-documents will be done through registered repositories thereby ensuring the authenticity of the documents online. Residents can also upload their own electronic documents and digitally sign them using the e-sign facility. These digitally signed documents can be shared with Government organizations or other entities.

Key features of the Digital Locker System are:

• 10 MB of free space in digital locker to residents to access their documents through Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and also securely store e-documents.
• e-sign online service to digitally sign documents

Residents are invited to use the Beta version of the Digital Locker System and provide suggestions and feedback on the same. Suggestions are also invited on the use cases for services which can be additionally provided by the Digital Locker System.

Dear Modijee, “Brashtachaar is our Social Decease, Brashtachaar is our National Decease, Brashtachaar is our National Calamity” is liye Brashtachaar ko hamaara sabi Ilaakhonse, sabi Vidhya Ilaakhese yaane Educational Institution se, sabi Paxonse yaane Political Party se, Nirvaachanse yaane Election se aur Senaase yaane Military se khatham karna hai. Is Brashtachaar se hamaara Dhesh is Dhuniyaa me Development se bahuth peeche hai, Technology me bahuth peeche hai, Infrastructure me bahuth peeche hai aur hamaara senaa bi aage jaa nahi paara hai. Is Brashtachaar se hamaara Janatha musibath me hai, hamaara Janatha har dhin thadap raha hai, hamaara Janatha ko sabi paxonse dhurupayog yaane misuse ho raha hai.

Modijee, Muje Aap se poora vishvaas aur barosa hai ki, “Aap mera aur saare Dhesh ka Janatha ka barosa, vishvaas, nireeixa, pratheexa, sapne ko saakar karenge aur e aap ka jimmevaari bi hotha hai”. Muje e bi maalum hai ki, “Sirf ek aadhmi se e saare kaam karna nahi hotha hai lekin Aap ko e kaam karne ke liye Eeshwar ka, Aap ka Maa-Baap ka, Bhaarath Maatha ka, Gareeb ka, poora Janatha ka aur is Dharthi ka poora aashirwaadh milaa hai aur Aap is me saphal bi ho jaayenge” kivnki aap ko Bhagavaan ka aashirvaadh mila hai.

I have referred a pension related issue,wherein even after total clearance of certain liabilities with payment details etc the closure status is posing practical difficulties...

Aplication Status :Office Automation can be a better option...in the order of receipts..Subsequent followup with a well defined time schedule...This may kindly be examined on experimental basis in consultation with DRDO Head quarters positioned in Delhi... will ensure that none of the government Officials go empty handed on the salary /pension...on the due date...A revised time limit is the best option,because only by means of rearrangement of time alone, the success travels...

we should first improve the Digital infrastructure of the country it is still lagging behind from many other developing nation if we want to progress we should have the best infrastructure in the world . we have the best IT industry in world . if we want to be on the top then we have to do more research in hardware and digital Infrastructure .we are lagging in only 2 fields in the world 1.research & development 2. Infrastructure both are dependent on each other & very important for nation growth

As, various Programme are run by GOI to bring changes in our country. There are lot of citizen in our nation who are working in complete manner for implentation of these changes . So I suggest you that to run a programme to Appreciate the work of these people by having a selfie or letter of appreciation for there work. By doing this it inspire other people to work for nation in full manner . the selection of the people can be done from ministries by doing a internal selection process.

there must be awareness programes for the eyes because there no of pupil have lost there visson due to lack of awarness and it must be done with priorty in electronics media and awareness from public transports not to spoil them because its does not only belongs to nation but we have to take care aswe take our belongings because its only money of people if we damage it we have to pay for it

make computer as a major subject in all school.Appoint computer expert in all organizations.Projectors and high speed internet should available in all school and colleges. I have one innovative project ATM LIBRARY INSTALLATION in all school, in which each student gets a smart card like debit card, and the atm machine shows option like department, author, book name etc. so student can comfort with new technology like this.This type of project will help digital india.

8) Last but not least, is a proposal for a ‘tribal education hub’ for Kerala. This is a hub which begins with Kindergarten upto higher education. Gymnasiums, swimming pools, playgrounds, traditional herbal medical laboratory, library, etc. all would be included in the campus. All lost glory of tribal life have to be re-instated and
