Digital Locker is one of the key initiatives under the Digital India Programme. A beta version (http://digitallocker.gov.in) of the same has been released on 10th Feb. 2015, by Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Govt. of India.

Digital Locker is aimed at minimizing the usage of physical documents and enable sharing of e-documents across agencies. The sharing of the e-documents will be done through registered repositories thereby ensuring the authenticity of the documents online. Residents can also upload their own electronic documents and digitally sign them using the e-sign facility. These digitally signed documents can be shared with Government organizations or other entities.

Key features of the Digital Locker System are:

• 10 MB of free space in digital locker to residents to access their documents through Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and also securely store e-documents.
• e-sign online service to digitally sign documents

Residents are invited to use the Beta version of the Digital Locker System and provide suggestions and feedback on the same. Suggestions are also invited on the use cases for services which can be additionally provided by the Digital Locker System.

All India PG (Medical) examination conducted by National Board of Examination through Prometric. There were 12 siting of tests conducted. Each siting has 300 MCQs which adds up to 3600 MCQs in total. NBE has not published MCQs and their correct answers. Candidates have right to know the correct ans of a test they have appeared in after years of preparation. Who certified that all MCQs ans are correct as per NBE ? Let candidates point out their observations. Govt should intervene in this.

Proposing a way to commute faster in between cities like Noida-Gurgaon, Ghaziabad-Gurgaon, Jhagir Puri-Gurgaon and down routes by Metro in peek hours. As we all are aware there is no possibilities of slow track and fast track like Mumbai in Delhi. To commute faster in NCR, we may plan to make an alternate stop of all metros during peak office hours that is 7:30 to 9:30 AM and 5:30 to 7:30 PM. To make each station reachable an alternt stop in up-down train can implemnt. Dis wil b realy hlpful

I've used the system and it looks fantastic. I couldn't upload my SSC certificate and my driving licence as it says the document numbers I enter were wrong. Not sure the reason. And uploaded documents are still says verification pending. Who does the verification. Ideally the 10MB should be increased to 25MB to allow more documents to be uploaded. The next step is to ask requesters and issuers to use the system wherever possible.

Hope one UID Aadhar, should reflect a persons full detail, personal detail, income detail (PAN shall be merged with Aadhar), assets detail ( all land should be updated with Aadhar ID), purchased should be with Aadhar ID, and Travel also. It will help to control tax avoid, block money, terrorist movements etc. Aadhar should be strengthened and Digital locker system is developed with integrated plans

10 MB space shall be increased. Aadhar UID is good. One time password is good. Law should be enabled to accept digital documents at all central and state govt departments. For a EB name change I had submitted 50 pages, 20 signs, 5 visits to office, 6 months time. Horrible in todays world

Aadhar UID Single SignIn is the need of the hour.Strengthen Digital Locker access authentication by enforcing multi-channel authentication of citizens. It helps reduce effect of man in the middle integrity breach attacks on citizens to some extent. (First send code in sms, then in email) RSA tokens (hardware/software) be issued to citizens opting to use this service. Provide Audit Trail Logs to Citizens. Issue Tracking at basic level should be autonomous rule engine based command center.
