This is one of the excellent by our goverment . My suggestion is to have manadatory in all schools that school should have all infrastructure to have Special Education for different able Children along with normal children , so they should feel that they are part of this society and other children will also have affection and love with them.

I AM RESIDING AT MALAD, MUMBAI IN A CHAWL HAVING A STRUCTRE OF GRND + 1 SINCE LAST 65 YEARS(APPROX). AND WE ARE STAYING HERE SINCE LAST 61 YEARS ON THE 1ST FLOOR. AND THE BUILDER WHO HAS TAKEN OVER THIS CHAWL FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSE HAS DECLARED THAT THE REDEVELOPMENT WILL BE DONE UNDER SRA SCHEME. NOW, WE HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT UNDER SRA SCHEME 1ST FLOOR WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ELIGIBLE TENANCY.WE HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED PROOFS WHICH PROVES THAT WE ARE STAYING THERE SINCE A LONG TIME.

Sir Rail ticket booking through internet doesn't allow differently-abled person to get concessions on tickets . Whereas it should be done firstly while creating e ticketing system. Gave some option in e ticketing so that they can upload their certificate to get concessions. So please update irctc ticketing system

3)Give Tax credit to all business or individual person to make India clean. Let Businesses build and maintain public rest rooms in cities, Public places or anywhere and give name like “Reliance bathroom”, so they own and provide services to the people and govt give them tax credit. It’s Win-Win for all. One business or group of business can sponsor/adopt the city/town to maintain all kinds of cleaness.Incentives to people to report garbage creator/spreader at local level.

2) Create a New building code for all new construction for mass gathering people building like all religious places, Railway stations, bus stations, all restaurants, work places, marriage halls etc. All business places, like movie theatres, entertainment halls have toilet facilities from beginning, but religious places do not. Need to change the approach of all non-business places. They also need to serve people with basic services – Water and toilets.

1) Bathrooms at all tourist places including religious places are a huge problem. We need to change the approaches of providing good services. Millions come to pray, and donate billions, but no services provided by temples. Where all these money goes? With one slogan of Modiji can change all religious places clean. “Keep Mandir, Masjid, Church, Guru dhwara clean”. Many religious and historical places get billions in donations, so part of it (10-20%) should be spent back on all kinds of services

We can enforce the provisions available to special needs citizens. Offenders should be dealt with monetary penalties for sitting in a special needs seat, parking space and misusing the provisions meant for these people. Officials employed to enforce the provisions can get a percentage of the money so they can work efficiently. These people are able to be productive members of the society if given a little assistance.
