Swachh Bharat Abhiyan can be more penetrated into the society by asking all the movie makers in India to promote through their movies. Many Indians are ready to go to any extent if their favourite star requests them to, promoting this idea through movies will give the movement an extra push. Also in Singapore, government promotes the ideas through movies at the start and during recess/intermission this makes people think of the idea and educate others also.

Sir,One humble request to Create"MISCELLANEOUS GROUP". No doubt MyGov provide its members one stop platform to share views and ideas on issues of national importance but due to lack of just one more group under the head of "MISCELLANEOUS" the topics transcend all the groups due to their scope and importance become less effective. As members have no option to share views and ideas on all other different issues of social importance so they post their such views under the various irrelevant groups.

India's blind population is 1.5 crores, 20% of its total population. They need oral literacy programs. Digital library of India has a large corpus of Indian language texts. These can be converted to an Oral corpus that can be read out and broadcast on Jnana-Vani or All India Radio. Thus the current manual teachers education efforts can be boosted by Computer-Assisted Education. The required technology exists. Indian language OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and Indian Language Text-to-Speech.

This would include , ramps to the side walks, entrance to buildings , lift opening size . Toilets of differntly abled persons at every level . Unfortunately in our country , there are no approval authorities who looks at such issues for the common amenities , like roads , parks , railway stations , bus stops , buses , trains etc. An authority should be set up to create guidelines for all such public /common amenities,under a group of eminent architects , town planners and engineers.

If we design and construct buildings , roads , pavements etc taking into consideration the differntly-abled people , by which they become more independent ...then there would not be requirement of changing the attitiude towards them. This would be the best policy . For this, all the approval authorities should be held responsible, while approving of plans before construction and see its implemented after completion.
