Hon'ble Prime Minister. Your government declared One Rank One Pension for defence pensioners but till todate it is not implemented. Previous govt were sanctioned Rs. 500 Crores in Feb 2014 and your govt also sanctioned Rs. 1000 Crores additional budget for this purpose. But OROP is not implemented. Also in your speech during Haryana Assbly Elections you told that your government implemented OROP. But as on today it is not implemented. So, the goverment is misleading ex-servicemen.

I suggest that a national trust be created to take care of the needs of the differently abled persons in the country to take care of the various needs like housing ,medical and food. There are many NGOs in the field. But they have limited resources and hence the quality of their services suffer.

There has been no revision in Income Tax rules for the disabled persons under section 80U. With high living costs and considering the inflation, a revision should be made and people with disability should be given more exemption. Under section 80U it is advisable to revise the slabs.

Government should start a website for posting jobs for differently abled. It should be like a employment exchange where skilled people also post their applications. It should be like other job sites like Naukri, linked in etc.
