Smart Cities must have security features embedded in their architecture itself. Tech-savvy policemen will have to continuously monitor cyberspace for security threats. They will have to continuously improve and upgrade their arsenal as the challenges that they face keep evolving and upgrading. Proper databases, spatial maps and CCTV cameras will help them in this daunting task.

Highly congested cross-over points for multi-modal transportation like railway stations, bus stations, markets, and shopping malls should be mandated to plan for uninterrupted pedestrian ways.

Traffic management authorities can be supported by predictive traffic optimizing tools to drive effective decisions. This can form the basis for communicating location-based traffic advisories for the commuters.

Walkable urban design is now being recognized as a key tool to build healthy societies. More people on the streets will also mean opportunities for social interaction thus facilitating a socially inclusive community.

3. Smart Traffic
By making a commuters route identification study, we can identify the peak hours for each area and commuters directions, identify how much vehicles are coming such as two wheelers, cars, etc , from where are these people coming and who are they ? Are they office goers or school or college students.
Once these data are obtained then do smart traffic such as turn road directions for half an hour daily at school or college street outgoing time or can increase the traffic..,

2. Smart Monitoring - Computerise all the streets through sensors to identify electricity failures, water flooding, water leakages sensors beneath and os side of roads so that people will wont be required to complain for each things to corporation for failure. Through Smart Monitoring , corporation will be able to service people proactively and monitor everything through thier computer control room where the failures will be alerted to them automatically through these remote sensors.

We should Develop Area wise as I said earlier in my submissions:
summarising my new suggestions for 'Developed Area" point-wise:
1. First Smart planning, survey and get the data as to how much people in each street disperse garbages in a day?, how much do each street require drinking water daily?, how much from each street wastes such as drainage water are released? ,etc then find out and estimate projected population in the area how much the capacity of water, garbages , waste disposal..,
