1.Remove all the Old ChennaiMTC Buses and ask Ashok Leyland, Volvo,TATA and Benz bus companies to supply New Buses with Ready to use Body Built and GPRS connected/tracked. THese Buses should be run on HIRE basis and Govt Need not buy these depreciating assets. Only Govt Drivers, Conductors,Checkers will operate the service.Everyday the BUS COMPANY MAINT.ENGRS will come and do the Maintenance,Preventive Breakdown services at Govt Provided Bus Depots. This will avoid corruption in spares, tyres etc.

# To improve Traffic :
1 . Instalation of CC cameras, monitoring from traffic control room. The city must add many one way roads for smooth traffic, arrange line traffic no overtake, two wheelers and three wheelers must have separate track because our Chennai city have more two wheeler. Avoid any where road side parking, parking slots to be provided every two KM.by Private or Govt. Increase the penalties for disobey the signals. Super markets must have more parking places or multi level parking.

# Chennai:Smart city.
We can develop our Chennai as Smart City by 1) Providing more wide Footpaths, Platforms to walk. Remove road side vendors. Identify more thick population arrange more garbage collection points like super market, Housing boards, TASMAC shops, Railway station, Govt Schools, office, canteens, food court, Parks and near by areas, collect animal dugs by owners. This implications by Govt and cooperation following by people. Involvement of young generation.

To increase security:
Security cameras must be installed in all localities, bus depots, railway stations, streets and this must be monitored
Lighting of all the streets with solar lights is needed as this will reduce the crime to a greater extent Emergency number should be provided and this should be directed to the cops who are in the surrounding area

To solve traffic issues:
Inter modal connectivity is to be improved. Suburban railways, Airport, Metro stations should be provided with feeder service and this will encourage people to opt for public transport rather than private transport and this will reduce the traffic in the road and the thereby reducing the travel time
Based on the peak hours, the frequency of the public transport are to be increased

Namma Toilet can be installed more near or in Public Places, such as Temples, Bus Stops, Bus Stations, Railway Stations and Parks. Walls of Namma Toilets can be leased out for Private Advertisement to earn money out of it.

Don't allow posters and banners in Road Side Walls and if found such things without approvals from authority, fine them. Strict Punishments should be given to law breakers.

Road Side Vendors could be provided with Shopping Complex in the same locality. Local authority can collect RENT from them instead of Vendors bribing Police to continue their Road Side Encroachments.

Monitor the local counsellors of wards not to indulge in taking commission, which leads to worst roads and buildings.
