Construct more youth hostels with cheap rent(only for maintenance) for the youngsters who are coming to the town from their native for various purposes like interviews, job search, audition and etc. Its very difficult to get the accommodation in capital city who are quite new. This will encourage the youngsters to visit and can explore in various places. this Accommodation should be provided only for certain duration, say for 1 week example to avoid the same person to utilize this facility.

Strictly ban the posters/banners and any advertisement sticks in all public properties like Train, buses, bridges, walls, pillars which are spoiling the beauty of the city. Of course, corporation is making money on the adv in public places. So in order to adv in public places, the consumers (advertisers) should allocate some portion to advertise on public interests like Smoke Free, encouraging public transport, encouraging patriotism, health or safety tips and etc along with their advertisements

1- All signals should have timers to avoid engine running and avoid pollution 2- Rain water preservation (ponds are being encroached by land mafias) and waste water management must be ensured 3- Enforcing traffic rules (specially by bikers and share autos) 4- Roads maintenance (on Orcot road, in the middle of the road sewage openings are there inviting accidents) 5- Encouraging Tree plantation. 6- Encouraging CNG in public transport

We need to look into countries like Japan, Singapore, USA etc., before jumping. 1. Enact strict rules; give power to Police 2. People with clean record only must stand in election 3. All cases must be decided by juries selected from public only 3. Assure people to come out in public to ventilate grievance 3. Rules and strictures are to be made simple 4. Public servants are to be made responsible for their depts 5. Public transport, taxis, autos on CNG 6. Encroachments removed

1) solid waste management It is not likely that many are educated about proper disposal. Suggestion: install more garbage bins (2 per street at least) Educate people on garbage disposal through advertisements Employ people to segregate waste and try adopting techniques to create energy frm waste instead of land filling. In future we won't find lands to dump. 2) use solar powers for corporate buildings, streets etc. And make people realize its efficiency so that they will follow

Now a days all are using internet and apps. We need e portal and apps to complain about Garbage issues, dust bins, water supply, road damage and other environmental issues. Suggestion and problems coming through this service should process soon as possible by the Chennai corporation authorities. Most of the areas in Chennai don't have a proper drainage system, that must be solve and proper maintenance is needed. **Every bustand should have bus timing board of its particular route.
