First of all for a healthy living the smart city has to be clean. Proper sewage and garbage disposal
Like Ganga cleaning project Koovam cleaning project has to be initiated
Better and easy public transportation
City to be transformed for easy access and living for the physically challenged people
A smart city will not have animals on the road. Building proper shelters and vaccinations for stray dogs and cows and other animals roaming on the streets.
and many many more.

Health- To provide world class health facilities at lower cost, we will need to bring in one of these two things. a) either bring in rate curbs on the private hospitals or b) increase the quality in the government hospitals. This can be done by improving infrastructure and increasing the pay to people employed in government hospitals

3) Sanitation- More public restrooms are required, there are only few and far in between. Even more important than building the same is the maintenance of the same for which people have to be employed. A nominal fees can be charged to pay the persons employed.
4) IT Solutions- Please bring in digitalisation in application for various cards, passports etc. More importantly, make payments for all the applicationns online, to stop corruption

1) Transport- It is already being improved, with the metro and small buses.
2) Parking- We should enforce no parking areas strictly. Further to accommodat the rise in vehicles, we need to build multi level parkings. Also bring in more of the paid parking system, which will also give a benefit of revenue to the government.

Kindly make convenient to the elder and physically challenged passangers in MTC buses. Seates allotted for them is behind the driver seat which is too narrow and is over the wheels (uncomfortable even to normal passangers). Kindly allot them seat just straight to doors.
