Sir, Please include Medavakkam area in the chennai smart city limt
1) We have been suffering for very long time to get good drinking water.
2) Also there is no proper drainage in the place so we are suffering lot.
3) Almost all the roads are damaged (Roads are maintained by Meda Panchayat).
If Medavakkam comes under smart city limit, then we will get all the basic amenities like above. So Please please consider my request raised on half behalf of Medavakkam residents.
Thanks,
Venkatesh R

1.Mandating the use public transportation inside Central Business District which would ease the traffic and reduce pollution considerably. Introducing Intelligent Transportation System.
2.The government needs to act swiftly and wisely to displace the slum dwellers along the cooum river to enhance their living conditions and to clean the river for transportation and entertainment activities.
3.Collecting rain water through Storm water drains, tanks and transmitting it to reservoirs in the city.

1. Need to have more shelter for beggars in the city. Self employment for them through either skilled training or some kind of craft training...
2. Comprehensive e-governance system
3. Separate E-portal for all migrant workers

Apart from having all the facilities which humanity needed to keep human life comfortable on the earth what I personally feel is human harmony. The basic living together with different religion without the fear of other human is more important of developing smart cities
Secondly smart cities should not be over populated this will again result is unpeaceful living.
Thirdly smart cities should be will advanced facilities with IT but the goal of peoples mind should be tuned for peace living.
