1.Concepts of community schools and colleges ..school districts with compulsary admissions to local residents..
2. Garbage dumyards and waste recycle plants instead of dumb yards and burning of garbages.
3.Roads street lights should be minimum standards and proper maintenance.
4.City beautification and green certification for all buildings to have a min. standard.
5. Effective onlinevgrievance system for roads and garbage disposal problens.

Stop immediately all buildings over two floors in the old corporation limits.
All new buildings shall have one or more wells and water from that shall be used for sanitary purposes. If potable there should be connections to the bath rooms and the kitchen.
Mandatory to have solar water and solar power for all new buildings and also RWH.
Also segregation of garbage in all buildings and corporation should collect separately such segregated garbage.
No swimming pools in hotels and NO ice rinks.

Most of our roads have black and white painting at the kerbs. Where parking is not allowed the painting should be in yellow/red and black because NO Parking boards are not visible or conspicuous to motorists.

1.Strict traffic rules for overspeed and other violations with
automated and unmanned ticketing system ..to validate every year while doing emission tests.
2.Garbage treatment plants instead of dumbyards and burning ..
3.Pollution control rules for use of fire crackers,burning of garbage, etc in city limits.
4.School district concept with compulsary admission to local and nearby residents with control of laws of schools going.too much of commercial sense. Community schools &colleges.

Before, we say SMART, let’s see whether the city has all these basic infrastructures:
The most important needs of the citizens to meet are:
1. Access to 24hr pure water, electricity, gas and health clinik.
2. Quality roads with street lights
3. Proper drainage disposal,waste collection and rain water harvesting system in place
4. Full and transparent e-governance
5. Switzerland city model-house, work place and school in same area to avoid traffic

1.Goverment initiated organic farming for vegetables and diary products.
2. terrace organic farming support and subsidy for households,Green housing cerifications...
3. Compulsory food safety rules for pakaged food and eateries. Compulsory guidelines and standards for resturants and kitchen staff.
4.Compulsory inspection of paultry, fish and meat products to make sure they use permissible amino acids and chemicals.
5.Vegerables and fruits should be certified for overuse of chemicals.

1.Vehicle emission tests needs to be mandatory every year to reduce pollution.
2.Walkways on all roads with trees and street lights.
3.Water supply with frequent validation of leaks and problems.
4. Monitoring hubs with cloud video storage on all major intersections and roads to reduce crimes.
5. Water ways and protection of lakes by not allowing houses closes to water bodies.
6.Garbage collection under the control of society use two bins for plastics and others..

smartcards/cashless transactions everywhere (Public transport, Utilities)
Integrated and Seamless Public Transport
flexible street lighting-controlling the intensity and on/off
Smart traffic management(instead of zig-zags/barricades used today)
Mandatory Solar Powering for all houses and commercial establishments
Automated Parking on streets
Better Water Management (Zero tolerance on Water Wastage, RWH non-compliance, Polluting Waterbodies, Letting Sewage on Storm Water Drain etc)

1. Parking bays all bus stops for an easy flow of traffic.
2. Weeding out the elite who enjoys the benefit meant for poor
3. Laying of new water lines in areas where the pipes have been laid several
decades ago. Provision for tapping water by Fire service personnel during
emergency.
4. Priodical desilting of the city water resources and eviction of encroachers irrespective of their affliation.
5. Collection of civic charges by shg at various designated places and times.
