3. Smart Monitoring :
We can have remote sensors each for detecting electricity failures, sensors for detecting water flooding, water leakages.,etc installed beneath the roads and on side of the roads for each street of the area so that corporation will get remote alert in their computer control room for the failure immediately. So that Public need not go to corporation and complain of it.Moreover Corporation can solve these issues pro-actively by getting immediate alerts in their computer room.

.,Further, Corporation should computerise and maintain a “traffic time table” using the data collected for each area and manage it proactively from their computer contol room itself.
With coordination of traffic police, Chennai corporation through their computer room can do automatic cctv number plate capture system in main road signals, through which signal violators number plates are captured and notice of fine is sent to them along with video snapshot(if asked for, in email)as evidence of.,

.,By having these data, corporation can do smart traffic management such as we can change the road directions for half an hour in a school street at school orcollege outgoing time or else we can either increase or decrease the signal waiting time of a road that leads traffic flows towards school or college road. Also by having these data, corporation can remotely function from their computer room and operate signals and its timings remotely. We can do many smart ways like these to manage traffic.,

2. Smart Traffic :
We can conduct a survey of “commuters route identification” for each street in an area so that we can identify the peak hours of each street, how much of vehicles are coming in such as bikes, cars etcs in a particular street, from where are they coming? and who are they? Are they office goers or school or college students ?
By having these data, corporation can do smart traffic management such as we can change the road directions for half an hour in a school street at .,

.,Next by projecting the population for next 60 years we can know the drinking water capacity required, electricity required etc in future.
Do we have such provisions at present ? If not make such provisions now street wise in underground pro-actively. This can be done by smart planning which is first step in proactive smart governance.

Im putting my ideas in a better worded way for understanding it.,
1. Smart Planning
1. Smart Planning :
Smart Plan is important, study and survey as to what is the present drinking water needs each day for each street in an area ? what is the amount of garbage disposals each day of each street in the area? What is the quantum of waste disposal such as drainage disposals each day made by a street ?
Next by projecting the population for next 60 years we can know the drinking water.,
