1.OLED lights and surveillance in high-crime zones
2.Water-recycling systems, because while water covers 70% of the earth, we're not preserving the resource the way we should.
3.A city guide app, with information about museums, parks, landmarks, public art, restaurants and real-time traffic data.

1.App or social media-based emergency alert and crisis response systems — every citizen should have access to vital information. Whether it's an alert about a crime that just happened or advice for a storm approaching the city.
2.Roofs covered with solar panels or gardens. You could even generate solar energy on bike paths
3.Widespread use of traffic rerouting apps calculate the best route for each driver to speed up traffic flow and reduce CO2 emissions.

1.Mobile payments. Everywhere. For food, apparel and public transportation.
2.Water-recycling systems, because while water covers 70% of the earth, we're not preserving the resource the way we should.
3.All-digital and easy-to-use parking payment systems. We don't want to put receipts on the dashboard or be confined to time limits

There are a few things which could be implemented and a few things which could be tweaked for a better and a smart lucknow city.
They are -
1. The domestic waste from the households should be properly disposed and taken care of. There should be proper waste management techniques and disposal plants to take care of the wastes.
2. There should be proper traffic management in areas where the traffic is heavy. Proper lanes can be devised for the two and four wheeler vehicles.

Waste Management - People should segregate waste into organic and recyclable. Collect waste every day - send recyclable to recycle and organic can be used to generate power/ manure etc. Govt can use this for revenue generation.
Parking - Charge for parking on road. Give out road permits so people either park in their house or pay for parking.

Broadly two things only-
1. Mentality of public has to be changed. Everybody should be honest and respectful to fellow citizen. From politicians to police, from Govt employees to businessmen, from drivers to doctors, from farmers to teachers everybody should be honest with their duties.
2. Govt should provide adequate infrastructure. From waste management to traffic management, from drinking water to electricity, from food to safety, from public transport to pollution control.

1- city pond needs to rejuvenate by rain water. Ponds should be preserved, created and designed for beauty. Fountains should be placed for aeration of water and green should also maintain so that people may start his morning on those places. It should be connected to people.
It will preserve water and help in heavy rain fall season.
They may also used as water containers for park irrigation.
STP waste water after recycling should be sent to ponds for fishing, ground water recharging.
