1-Sustainable and energy efficient residential and commercial real estate.
2-Mobile traffic Routing Apps for the best route to each driver to speed up traffic flow and reduce gas emission and a traffic jam .
3- Authority for a smart city should have a single in-charge, just like a Mayor.
4- Roofs covered with solar panels or gardens.
5- High-tech waste management systems. Pay As You Throw (PAYT) garbage disposal would encourage people to recycle more and waste less.

1-Shopping parten should be changed. No shop keeper should be allowed to extend his shop out of his premises even a hanging roof. It creates encroachment and ugly feeling.
2. Development Authorities are failed to check the illegal building construction, hence set back free building should be allowed but increase road width including set back area which should be maintained green by gov.
3.Old house renting rules should be changed so that people my rent his house without fear of in vacation

ii) Municipal corporation has distributed/ auctioned Parkings lots with the sole intention of profiteering and the same has become a legal source of encroachment without any shed and mostly on pedestrian way or roads. Parking should free or bare minimum so that people use it. Aminabad should have a 3-5 floor parking covering the remaining portion of jhandewala park undergroung and 3-4 storeys over ground.

iii) The traffic is habitual of crossing the lines at all crosings before the green signal and should never be allowed. There is tempo here and a tempo there and then they stop at all important crossings in the middle. To stop this there should be a made a provision for pick and drop side cuts in the roads and the same should have designated stops for buses, autos and tempos.

B. There is a complete absence of traffic discipline and signalling, which is always out of gear. Following are a few suggestions:
i) Identify all important crossings and install traffic signalling system, which is not even working at main Hazratganj crossing.
ii) Remove traffic police men from manual signalling through hands and let them stand nearby to issue challans/ e-challans to all errants.
