There has to be a serious punishment for people who chew and spit tobacco and other stuffs on road. This small change will definitely help in making our city SMART.

tempo and auto rikshaw driver should be teached by a ngo for their rough driving. one way traffic system should be promoted. govt office should be on ring road .

To Make Lucknow Smart City There Should Be :-
1.Sanitation, including solid waste managemant.
2.Clean and Pure Drinking Water.
3.Single ID System.
4.Fast Redressal of Public Grievances through Public Grievance cell.
5.Rain Water Harvesting.
6.Good Governance.
7.Safe and Secure Environment for Women and Childrens.
8.Green Belt along with broader roads.
9.Public Utilities and Washrooms.
10. Strict rules for cleanliness of city.

Make smart city by private sector where all rules & regulation followed strictly for all peoples wheather govt. employee or not. All problems solved under one roof related to all sectors.

1. Boost of the private sector in the public services like the railways and water department .
2. Better operation of the traffic signals and mechanization of the traffic control .
3. Better educational structure .
4. A better and eco friendly mode of public transport to reduce pollution .
5. More public toilets in busy public places(parks,monuments,markets,etc)
6. Get investment from big IT firms from all round the globe for better job opportunities as well as inflow of invstment.

चौराहो और road से अतिक्रिमन is to be clear. without helmet no two-wheeler should be filling petrol at petrol pump.
vendor zone should be allotted. vvip system should be strictly restricted for common places like market, temple etc

1.Government should focus on the cleanliness and hygiene of the city.
2.More public toilets should be built in the slum areas.
3.More tree plantation should be done in the city.
4.Strict action against the one who violates law.
I hope the UP government will take necessary actions for making our city a Smart City.
