For the draft Lucknow Smart City Proposal the citizen feedbacks received were analysed and based on which a citizen centric plan was formulated. As part of citizen engagement & consultation process, Lucknow Municipal Corporation arranged a wide range of activities in different platforms to enable contribution of citizens- eg: zone wise consultation, essay competition, vision statement competition, twitter, facebook, online google forms, MyGov. Polls and discussion etc. based on the suggestions received vision, goals and the projects were identified.

"The core infrastructure elements to make lucknow a smart city would include 1. Adequate water supply 2. Assured electricity supply 3. Sanitation, including solid waste management 4. Efficient urban mobility and public transport 5. Affordable housing ,especially for the poor , 6. Robust it connectivity and digitalization 7. Good governance , especially e-governance and citizen 8. Sustainable environment 9. Safely and security of citizen particularly women ,children and the old"

1 - Broader roads with green belt 2- remove all the overhead transmission line and make it underground to improve the beauty of city. 3- Strict rules for cleanliness of city. 4 - Proper Law and order should be maintained. 5 - City bus facility should be improved. 6 - Metro train. 7 - CCTV cameras on major streets. 8 - Garbage dumping facility. 9 - Proper drainage system in every locality. 10 - Wi-fi availability on major super markets.

A city's infrastructure is comprised of a number of systems,including transportation,sewage,public and private buildings.Urbanization and proliferation of these systems are the key to quality of life. We have to work on all of the above to make our city smart.Firstly we have to think and act smart then only we can achieve our goal.We have to go step by step and aware maximum number of people about our plan and convince them to do so.

1. One PAN Number one identity. Any citizen of India should carry one identity card (PAN) and could avail all services (like voting, ID proof, etc) from anywhere in India. 2. Commercial vehicles should be banned in residential areas. 3. Round the clock security to women. 4. Quality education to everyone and every class of the society. 5. Cleaniness in the city. Also proper arrangement of disposal of bio degradable and non degradable wastes.

Efforts should be made to eradicate poverty as according to me it is the main reason which is hindering the development of our country. Lucknow is a city of various skills, people over here are skilled an talented they should b provide opportunity to earn there livings, if they are not skilled some workshops can be organised to taught them some skills like chikenkari or poultry etc so that they can earn there living. A lot can b done to help the poor. Small efforts can bring big changes.

A City will be smart only and only if the people are smart. People in lucknow are becoming smarter and smarter due to their mind setups. The main reason why lucknow has gained a nationwide recognition because of our CM Mr. Akhilesh yadav he is trying hard to make lucknow a recognised place and some of the great works that he is doing for the people are the setup of #metro #janeshwar mishra park #ITCity and many more and we are thankful to you sir for your works.
