This is indeed great speech and exceptionally well refined one; since last I heard him in the US first time while speaking in English, much of an improvements, in the dialect and its pronunciation of word and some of long and complex words and their delivery still require more work and practice, as an elocution point of view. But as we knew the man Modi has persistence and perseverance and he may most CERTAINLY and definitely improve few stumbling of these areas, an impediments in his speech.
