We cannot totally eliminate manual savaging but yes we can have limitations on their use by bringing in more technology and equipment's.

Elimination methods: 1. Street plays including short films based on the same concept of smoking films to create awareness among the general public and the persons involved themselves in the work. 2. Engaging the persons so displaced from their manual scavenging work to concept of mechanized cleaning of drainage and sewerage systems, thus providing them employment. 3. Introducing a chapter on the issue in NCERT social sciences book on the same lines as social evil practices.

Constraints in eliminating manual scavenging: 1. Lack of awareness in the people engaged in these kind of work with respect to the health problems it may posses and the inhumane nature of the job itself. 2. Lack of awareness among general public at first place as they are more of concerned about the cleaning of drainage and sewerage lines and in the thought process they forget about the loss of dignity a person faces when he engages in the work and the inhumane and pathetic nature of the job.

Stop road accidents: Sir, we have lot accidents at night on highways involving stopped vehicles, the reason for this is they don't have breakout lights. We need to educate all the drivers to have break lights so we can save lives. Countries in Africa are doing better job than INDIA. Place like Lusaka in Zambia, mandates all the vehicles must have 3 triangular red colored metal plates, so they can put one plate at the back and one in front and one on top of vehicle, to inform the break down.

Stop road accidents: Sir, Make an ordinance to mandate the seat belts in all the vehicles, including lorry and heavy trucks too. We have maximum number of road accidents in India when compared with any other country: People dying of cancer with smoking is less than people dying in road accidents. Lot of lives can be saved with seat belts. and we have lost lot of MPs and MLAs also died because not wearing seat belts. We need to make Mandatory in India to make sure all wear the seal belts.

Please built many many sophisticated jails like U.S. & china and the sophisticated police systems so that police also enjoy & work efficiently. They should equipped with latest technology but made in India guns & necessary bulletproof jackets & other equipment's to face criminals. huge criminals everywhere in india walking along with ministers supports & the tax payers are suffering every day. Please implement my suggestion. Police should be from Indian army retired or injures officers.

Case auto rickshaws:- In most of the part of India public transport is very week because of which peoples used to buy more and more vehicles within the existing unplanned & weak ruled cities.Autowala takes disadvantages in allover india for this situation.They always refuse to run auto as per the meters and police system is never taking actions and in fact not sufficient to take action. How many days peoples have to Suffer Mr. Modi??
