awareness programs could be conducted to the regular users of railways regarding the risks of trespassing, and their brain calculation over the speed of the train, and its possibilities to fail them, and the need to avoid mobile talk while trying to cross. Demo programs also could be conducted to educate them. Once they understood the risk logically with the explanation that how their brain can fool them, people will avoid trespassing.

Railways badly need effective curbing of ticketless travel ( May be by sensor doors),Effective use of Solar Energy, Technology upgradation & Modernisation, Doubling of heavy traffic routes so that more No.of trains can run on the same infrastructure, thereby reducing running cost per KM, synchronising Rail -Road - Sea route combination Etc. Railways can go for short term & long term funding thru Bonds with IT rebate and also judicious commercialisation of vast lands to raise recurring revenues

Terrorism is a scourge on civil society all over the world. It has seriously disturbed world peace & security. Therefore all the countries should cut their revenue & supply sources so that sanity dawns on them and they realise LIFE is available only ONCE. Let us use it for the well being of all. After death nobody knows what happens.Do not fall prey to fanaticism. It is your LIFE."AHIMSA PARAMODHARMAH"

Mr Minister, the railway timetable needs a relook especially the last two stations on a route will have a huge time gap, for example the distance between Bangalore Cantt and Bangalore City stations is 5KMs, but the time arriving to Bangalore city in the time table will be having 20-30 mins to cover this 5KMs, this is a very bad way to score "on time" performance for a train. Please check this aspect and rectify the same and also help in ontime performance.

Dear Sir, could you introduce ontime performance based pay to the Divisional Manager to the train driver for maintaining the schedule, cleaniness of the trains in that division. This could provide a competitive spirit within the workforce to do better and improve the overall picture of the railways. Incentives should be also provided for persons who exceed their targets.

RPF in railways are useless. They are just pass time during their duties. I am travelling in railway from last 20 yrs and never seen a single person to doing his job. They are always trying to get money from local vendors or beggars.
