Most of the government offices and PSUs are using very old computers, in some cases it is seen that computers are more than 10 years old. (ex. Railways, Post Offices etc.). These computers use CRT monitors which consumes a lot of enery and wastes a lot of time for the users. Kindly make some policy for mandatorily phasing out the old system( >5-6 years). This will give necessary push to domestic computer manufacturers and create a lot of demand for new hardware.

I know RTO falls under the State Government, but we have tried to talk to the local government and the Chief RTO Inspector too. But they are all confused. :(

Hello, I have a friend that is almost 40% disable. The person has a car, but it is old and the person wishes to buy a new one. But the procedures are very confusing and to the extent the RTO is saying that the disable person cannot have multiple cars, which is actually ridiculous. Can you please help us.

The idea of Online bus tickets for local travel in cities can be thought of under the JNNURM and smart cities initiative. The proposal is as follows: People can book tickets for the route they want to travel in the city before starting from their homes online via PCs and mobile apps. They will receive the confirmation SMS as well as a bar code on their phones which when used in the designated route bus and within a specified period of time can be used to open the bus doors and travel accordingly
