sir please make a new policy for electric company subsidy. subsidy should be based on following limitations
only for valid connection not for overall loss shown by company.
subsidy is only for 11 hr road light not for 24 hr. coz jitni electricity hmare sahro me road light me waste hoti hai utne me kai gav rosan ho skte hai. wastage electricity ko control krne ki responsibility kissi ki nahi hai.

Make 3 time zones with 1 hr difference with Western, Central and Eastern. This will save tremendous electrical power with less load shedding and availability of power to millions of people. Forget about the world approvals and do for India. If Kuwait, Qatar and UAE can have 1 hr time difference , then why not India of large country ?

In respect to energy conservation,The development of nation require energy, without conservation of energy, development is not possible, In developed country, there are maximum consumption of energy of nature. In modern period, it is very difficult to control over the consumption of energy or natural elements. but, if the trees and greeneries developed equally with conservation,it is possible to save or create new energy of nature. NO waste only Used policy also save much energy of nature.

(2/2) I think it would be useful if the government can place special bins for disposing the tickets at railway/bus stops once the journey is done. This way the littering issue is also solved. Once the bins get filled, this paper can be recycled and put to further use. This way we're killing two birds with a single stone.

(1/2)Everyday,lots of paper goes wasted in the form of tickets in local buses/trains.Introduction of smart cards at some locations has been a step ahead to curb this issue.However.there are still numerous cities where humongous amounts of paper is getting wasted per day as it's thrown by citizens once the journey is over, adding to the already large amounts of city garbage.

There is a major scope to save the existing source of water, air & electric. Due to non availability of strong laws & policies, v and our children will face crisis in near future. Strong Policies at central level for implemetation throguh State Govt., NGO will be the one solution.

Sir, we can use plastic wastes and polythenes to make railway tracks. Compression of plastics will give us a durable compound which when mixed with definite proportion of rubber, will create a new strong substance, which can be shaped into railway tracks. These tracks won't expand or contract in extreme weathers and thus provide us with high speed and stability, along with less danger of trains being derailed. The tracks would be longer with very few joints in big distances.
