Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

i want to set up a biodiseal plant i have done a report on this and found that at present biodiseal industry is not allowed to produce biodiseal using corn etc . if we plant jatropha for producing biodiseal it takes min 7 years to get yeald . no farmear want to plant the trees before the plant is set up in their area , so i request you to make policy changes to allow biodiseal plant to use corn etc . & deregularase without any goverment agency license

The crucial step we should implement is clearing the fear in the minds of NE community and bring them to the core of India growth . Develop infrastructure in NE area on immediate basis Ensure protection to the community across india Inspire them to build faith and confidence in the democracy Ensure effective CSR and adequate employment

Mr. PM i think that for removing the petroleum crisis one of the best thing is to use the alcohol fuel in india it is presently being used in all the developed countries and as you know that india is the second largest producer of sugarcane in the world that is why the mauritius which is left after sugar production can be to obtain alcohol this alcohol can be added to petrol and alcohol fuel could be formed i think this and biofuel is also good idea for combating petroleum prices in india this

Shree Narendra Modi PM INDIA Aaj se six month pahale jab congress ki gov. thee. Tab se petrol, Diseal ke rate kaphi the, nekin BJP ki sarkar banane ke baad in par kaphi lagam lagi hai Inke rate badhane ke baad private sector and government sector me sabhi ke rate badhen hai. Ab jab petrol & deiseal ke rate kam huyue hain to koi bhi ab rate kam nahi kar raha hai. Hamari aapse prathna hai ki sarkar in par gaur kare rate badhane ke sath badhayen to kam hone ke sath kam karen.

sir, please make wherehouse for exporter. due to lack of wharehouse exporter gets so much loss. and no one wants to export outside india. govt. can charge rent for use of wherehouse. so please make whare house in all countries. specilly in dubai. i will be so thankful.

The potential of availability of energy is not so far been correctly assessed or research made and mostly depend import and thereby country facing hard days. Research and close tie-up with the energy producing countries to import energy at affordable price by making some idea to retreat the country on the requiring points is the need of of the hour. Recently USA invented a new energy equal to oil and reduced import from Saude Arabia. What energy the USA discovered why not our Scientist do that.

Dear p.m.modi ji jab disel or petrol ko bazar ke hawale kar diya gaya to kimat upper jati hai to bazar niche aati hai to sarkar kyon nahi aane deti tax kyon badhati hai isa kyon hai plz kisano ka bhi kuch karo.. kisan to anndata hai garib hai
