Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Regarding LPG- misuse/diversion of subsidized LPG is still a major issue. apart from other measures it should be stopped. We have the means to do so. We can stop diversion/pilferage, both. Can save the country approx 20,000 Cr per annum. So much of money currently going to unscrupous elements. We can create a fund from the subsidy so saved and utilise it for basic health/cleanliness project. Project can be started in 3 weeks flat.

Now that govt has decreased petrol & diesel prices multiple times, any further crude oil price decline should be offset with increasing excise duty that goes towards a fund. This fund can be utilized to purchase excess oil for 100 days oil reserves for India in the coming years. Such oil stockpiles also can help govt to cushion Indian citizens against price hike in future to a great extent as well as enhance energy security and bargaining power. Building such infrastructure also adds jobs.

Prices of Petrol and Diesel may not b reduced further. A part of reduced prices be used for cross subsidizing of Kerosine and LPG. Or else we may crate a fund and to adjust the same when price of crude oil exceeds $100/-

A small suggestion for electing Gram Panchayath President, Taluk Panchayath President, District Panchayath President, State CM, Country's PM Election. I would suggest if there is any mode of electing all the above posts directly by the people rather than getting Nominations from their respective boards. This being an exhaustive process, can be seriously and only dealt with ECI- Election Commission of India taking care of all the amendments and resolutions where ever to be passed for success.

1. LPG: Offer a fixed subsidy of Rs.40/- per kg (Rs.480 per cylinder) and deregulate the price. 2. Kerosene: For all those eligible, give a monthly direct transfer of Rs.480/- equivalent to what Govt provides as max LPG subsidy to a consumer and deregulate kerosene. 3. Petrol & Diesel : Don't allow any further fall of the market price. Instead adjust the taxes and put that revenue in Escrow account for future use, when the oil prices spurt erratically. Lowering prices leads to higher imports.

Hon'ble P.M.For 4 decades We are in Used Oil Re-Refining Industry which conserves precious petroleum products; saves foreign exchange & helps in saving environment from pollution.Our efforts to change the pathetic condition of this Industry has failed.Given a chance for Presentation the Govt can implement policy changes that can make this Industry not only an important substitute for imported Lube Oil but also succeed in controlling misuse of Used Oil for adulteration & black money generation

In the name of JnNURM the last Government has digged the the entire country for giving water supply and minimum wages to the unemployed, No water has supplied by new pipeline in mysoru the same has not implemented.

So far Petroleum sector has become the asset of political parties the Gas agencies and Petrol bunks are owned by Politicians kins, the Gas and petrol prices are hiked, in order to save petrol the solar operated vehicles should run by public carriers, even in trains also the roof of the wagons are fitted by solar panel and the energy generated should by used for lighting and fan.
