Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

To encourage involvement of local communities, GOVT SHOULD MANDATE companies involved in E&P activities in NER TO SPEND AT LEAST 20% OF PROFITS ON UPLIFTING THE AREA & its PEOPLE. WHAT BENEFITS HAS ASSAM GOT FROM DIGBOI OIL FIELDS? NOTHING MUCH FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OR THOSE DISPLACED LOCAL PEOPLE. SO WHY SHOULD NER SACRIFICE MORE. IMPROVE THE SITUATION & LOCAL PEOPLE’S MINDSET WILL CHANGE. COMPENSATION & REHABILITATION OF DISPLACED NEED TO BE DONE RIGHT. ONLY THEN EXPECT WELCOME.

In Kerala State ,the Buses of "Kerala State Road Transport Corporation" are wasting fuel and money by running without enough passengers,due to lack of proper planning of ,schedule & routes.Several roads we can see that these buses with few passengers are simply following the private owned buses which are crowded with passengers. In Kerala auto rickshaws other than Bajaj of several companies has more power and space for carrying more passengers and goods,but these are wasting fuel.

Respected PM, My abilities as to optimal utilization of resources and its administration as a sector contributing to national ex-chequer then depending on budgetory support may kindly be used and for measures to make country the most industrialized nation as well to contain pollution may kindly be used for nation.

Respected PM, I have several practical solutions to better fiscal laws relating to direct and indirect taxes viz., GST and Direct tax Code especially dealing with menace of domestic black money, means to raise high tax collections with least public resistance, woman related laws like dowary and divorce and how to deal China and pakistan. I may be given a chance to help Govt. and nation on these fronts.

People of NE Areas should know firstly that they are Indian citizens. Oil exploration will also add to their goodness by way of LPG Plants and Refineries at a later stage which will contribute to their prosperity and national wealth.

- Create a smart card for each vehicle - Add the monthly quota of petrol for each vehicle (Lets say 50 litres) - Swipe this smart card at petrol pump each time we fill the petrol( if we fill 5 litres, then only 45 litres will be remaining for the current month ) - This way people will have the limited usage on petrol - The petrol will be evenly distributed among people - The rich people will also try to purchase the vehicle with better average

Each Company should create accommodation & all other facilities near to its establishment place so that fuel consumption on employees conveyance can be lower, fuel prices for personal car use should be little-bit higher than that of commercial transport so that unnecessary personal car use can be avoided & at the same time cost price of goods will remain lower, special bicycle track should be developed all over country by giving light slope on road so that people would use maximum bicycles.

Greater participation of local communities IN EXPLORATION SEEMS GOOD. BUT FACT IS NE COMMUNITIES ARE AFRAID OF MINING IN THEIR AREAS AS THEY WILL END UP LIKE TRIBES IN JHARKHAND & CHHATISGARH - HOMELESS. ONLY NAGALAND HAS CONSTITUTIONAL SAFEGUARDS–LAND & RESOURCES BOTH BELONG TO TRIBES. IN MIZORAM PEOPLE ONLY OWN THE LAND BUT NOT RESOURCES ON IT. OTHER STATES DO NOT EVEN HAVE THIS PROTECTION. SO CREATE SAFEGUARDS LIKE NAGALAND & NE TRIBES WILL SHARE THEIR WEALTH WILLINGLY WITH WHOLE NATION.

in india the demand of petolium is very high ,,,but reseach area for this industry are very few ,,only 4 petrolim engineering college in india,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, i think there must be increase in this area

Please Link Aadhar and Registration Certificate of Vehicle, And Put Rationalising fuel per Private Vehicle and Per Person also, This will significantly help in reducing fuel consumption , Anyways upgrading Public transportation is best solution.
