Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Indian Government needs to come out of the mindset of subsidizing costs for people with respect to petroleum products or similar commodities. Till these products need to be economically produced and price recovered in a competitive market environment, petroleum sector will continue to be in doldrums.

આપ સાહેબશ્રીનો ઉદ્દેશ હતો કે ગ્રામ પંચાયત મીની સચિવાલય બને કે જ્યા દરેક સુવિધા ગ્રામજનોને મળી રહે તે માટે ઈ-ગ્રામ સેન્ટર કાર્યરત કરવામાં આવેલ, પરંતુ આજે આવા અધિકારીઓ મીલીભગતના કારણે ઈ-ગ્રામ સેન્ટર ખાતેની પી ડી એસ જેવી મહત્વપુર્ણ સેવાઓ ખાનગી કરી દેતા ઈ-ગ્રામ સેન્ટરો બંધ થવાના આરે આવી ગયેલ છે. અને ગ્રામજનોને સેવાઓ મેળવવા માટે જ્યા-ત્યા ભટકવુ પડે છે. તો આપ સાહેબશ્રીને વિનંતી છે કે આ વિશે યોગ્ય ઘટતુ કરાવવા વિનંતી છે. જય જય ગરવી ગુજરાત

જય જય ગરવી ગુજરાત , માન્ય પ્રધાનમંત્રી સાહેબશ્રી આપશ્રીને જણાવવાનું કે ગુજરાત સરકારમાં આપ ધ્વારા રેશનકાર્ડ ધારકોને પુરતુ અનાજ મળી તે માટે આપશ્રીએ પી ડી એસ કુપન સિસ્ટમ ઈ-ગ્રામ પંચાયત ખાતે ચાલુ કરી હતી, જેથી રેશન કાર્ડ ધારકોને પુર્ણ પ્રમાણમાં પુરવઠાનો જથ્થો મળતો હતો, પરંતુ હાલ અધિકારીઓ તથા દુકાનદારોની મીલીભગતથી પી ડી એસ સિસ્ટમ ઈ-ગ્રામ ખાતેથી બંધ કરી અને દુકાનદારોને ઈ એફ પી એસ નવુ સોફ્ટવેર ગુજરાત સરકારશ્રી ધ્વારા બનાવી આપવામાં આવેલ છે. જેથી લોકોને પુરતો જથ્થો મળતો નથી. અને કાળાબજારી વધી છે.

I want to develop a vehicle which one run by the water of sea and other I want also use the water of sea for our routine use full things because we have the full source of sea water on almost free of cost. So if you have another things to use this then lets start.

my suggestion to govt that one car in one house policy.india main ek ghar main char panch car hain,jo faltu main hi bahut saari problem create karti hain. for most three point of view ,one is saving nature from pollution,second is traffic control, third is saving patrol diseal .

As it is known, we are building petroleum reserves at three locations viz Mangalore, Padur and Vishakapatnam. But the reserves can be helpful only for max 2-3 weeks to run all operations in India. We need more such reserves so that we should be able to use it for a longer period in case of emergency. We depend up to 75% on imports of petroleum products. The pace of construction of reserves to be increased. Ex we decided to build 3 reserves in 2006 and none is commissioned yet.

We must publish details of all commercial connection an subsidized connection of LPG and ration card for Kerosene, in a nationalized web portal which should be easily searchable through any key parameter like commercial establishment address, Owner name /company name etc , presently it is done in transparency portal of different gas supplier but either things are not easily searchable or most of the time server is down ( or it is kept down ) for hide and seek policy.

I think we should form a pipeline for crude oil from Iran to our western coast through Arabian Sea. It will save lot of transportation cost and only minimum maintenance will be required. Plus it will free us from the unnecessary tension, if we bring pipeline through Pakistan. Plus Formation will be little easy as in water less deformation cost will include than Land.

LPG being a by-product of refineries, its cost of production is zero. There is the logic of fixing price of LPG based on its price in Singapore? The true cost is sum total of expenses incurred for storage, transport and delivery to consumers. Domestic production is sufficient to supply 6 cylinders per household considering that during 2012-13 consumption of 15603 TMT of LPG was met from domestic production of 9830 TMT and 6293 TMT from import. Lowest bid in rupees for delivery must win.

I want Government of India should develop B2B web portal for retail business, include thousands of small businesses in retailing their products to Indian & overseas markets, government can further assist SMEs by giving tax benefits and spreading their manufacturing base. Potential earning could be in billions of $ per annum.
