CSR codes in PSUs are yet to be streamlined. Here is a great opportunity for the Govt. to adopt villages where PSUs are operating. Time lines and frame work may be given to the PSUs and defaulters may be taken to task Each PSU Board should be accountable. Punishment would be like.....PSU should pay double the amount allotted for CSR to the GOVT kitty and PMO office or the Ministry of Petroleum will ensure that this amount is spent properly for the development of the chosen village/community.

An LPG driven auto rikshaw engine was modified by adding two pulleys that drove an a/c compressor and an alternator. When it ran,it provided both a/c and electricity. A heat exchanger produced hot water from exhaust gas. Thus micro tri-generation utilised over 95% of the energy of the gas, The full details are in www.panasiaengineers.com under "Articles and presentations". The idea is open source, no IPP. Comments and questions welcome.

Ask the pvt. exploration companies to spend there 2% CSR money in the NE region only. Ask oil PSUs involved in that region to use their CSR money to develop the surrounding areas of exploration sites by adopting the surrounding villages. Use the water from local rivers to cool down the heated shale and use the steam generated to run turbines & give out the used shale bricks to villagers for construction purpose. Also ask ONGC to reduce the amount of gas they flare out in the Bombay high region.

Sir.. I am a citizen of India.. I will quit my job and dedicate 24X 7 expertise for this... I am sure u will not hire some one like me.. 500 world u want me to enter abt the state of petroleum.. trust me I am ready to give up my life. instead of appointing some one as international project head and national project head.. appoint us.. we are free radical source in the country.. Bottom line.. Oil is saved from reducing opex.. not from exploration. My mentor Mr ambhani.. said.. learn to dream big.

Few days before i was reading news that Japanese automobile company has build a car which run on oxygen/hydrogen and instead of toxic gasses it leaves water vapors, why Indian automobile companies invest in RnD of such things or do partnership with these firms for such special cars.

I think one should limit on the petrol usage. Like till 1000 litre petrol prices should be of 20 or 25/ltr. Aftet that it is something like 500/ltr likewise..
Or limit or charges govt will decide.
