Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

4. To track black money within India, we do not need any special team, Put all income tax officers on such job for next 2 years instead of doing routine work. 5. Where the department has lost its appeal case in ITAT, prevent the income tax dept to go on appeal to High court. This will save lot of time to department and its officers to spend time on black money tracking. 6. All income tax officers asset declaration to be verified by CVC 7. Without the knowledge & active co-operation of IT department, such large scale channeling of black money will not be possible.

Respected Sir, Sincere greetings and appreciation for our Hon’ble PM’s effort to track and bring back Black money from abroad. There is lot of black money circulating within India and I have few suggestions to make based on my 20 years of experience in finance function in Industry : 1. The income tax department is wasting its time in scrutinizing genuine companies & transactions with no value addition to show. Companies who are long standing and reputed will comply with all rules and laws but income tax department does scrutize the accounts but cannot find any thing wrong but harass honest tax payers and companies. 2. instead, all companies formed from 1991, is to be scrutinized 100% for 20 years and also in specific industry sectors like diamond, gold trading, stock market players, commodity market participants, construction, real estate & mining. 3. All bank transactions above Rs 1 crore can be verified manually.

Dear Sir, In my view best way to control traffic in big cities is to have a dedicated lane/track for "Motor-bikes" [like in BRT there is dedicated tracks for Bus]. In Indian cities the most population is depends in Motor bike,it is causes major road accidents & it is also difficult for traffic police to control crime by two wheelers. I believe this topic needs to discuss largely. It may be unique solution in world but I think this is customized soln. for Indian traffic Jams.

People of NE oppose because they feel their environment will be damaged while benefit and profits will flow to western India. My suggestion is to spend all the profit from E&P activities from NE areas locally, build infrastructure and boost tourism there. We will get petroleum as a country and they will get infrastructure and better living standard that they want. Thank you.

How about creating a National Venture Capital fund to encourage entrepreneurship among people in the country. This will encourage people to set up firms and generate employment. This fund can act as Angel investor which will provide initial funding for the ideas.

As an add on to petrol card scheme govt can attract people to use public transportation by: 1) Giving extra tax benefit for whom using public transportation. For proof individual can submit monthly bus/train passes. 2) Giving extra benefit to who does not own any vehicle. 3) Govt should implement car pooling program and provide extra tax benefits to all the participants. And obviously to make this happen govt has to improve public transportation facilities.

Hi There, I would like to make suggestion inspired by recent statements of Hon. Mr Arun Jaitley ji. The idea is to have a petro card per vehicle to control consumption per month. And after a certain liters of consumption of fuel in a month the rate for fuel will be non-subsidized for that card. The limit should be ideal like 100 liters or 75 ltrs per month for cars and 40 liters for 2 wheelers. Card must be fuel based so that diesel card can only buy diesel and petrol card can only buy petrol.

We make rubber, cotton, tyres, glass etc in factory with the help of mixing of different chemicals with proper process. Why cant we make petrol, diesel, kerosene in factory with the help of any process? Only deep research is required. These research also help in creation of new job. Also, if we make generator or small power station which can run with the help of gun powder in place of diesel, we can save petroleum and get energy.
