Respected PM,
Since the exploration is very costly, Govt should come forward to compensate some amount partly in case of failure in gas /oil exploration for private parties.

with this angle we can increase the flow of people-cum-tourist. Football culture is a mad maniac, If we build world class stadiums and offer cheap tickets to the football lovers, they surely spend rest of the saved money and some time in visiting popular places in India. For example building of football ground at paling, sikkim where statue of big buddha is being built. We must adopt a newer and novel ways to attract travellers and make related investments. .. ....

If you can organise major football league, major cricket events, major education meet, major international tracking events, major exhibitions, in India. The participants will automatically becomes tourist, they will definitely visit nearby places in their first trip, and may surely come to visit for many more such future visits. out of this exhibitions and technical events are very attractive, since only rich and affordable people do visit such events. saving petrol is not a good idea if we are thinking about long run, we should focus more on substitutes of petrol and its products, we should start introducing bio-fuels by now, starting with dilution upto 5%-10% will also be a big step and will increase people's interest towards in this technology, and will make us dependent on foreign imports of petroleum less, and will save large amount of money through this.

Save Petroleum and Its by products, minimizing its use is one of the best way; In rush city's single drive car can be restricted on peek hr's. One day in a month can be used as Petroleum Free Day on which Citizens are compulsory made ot use of Public Transport and avoid using Petroleum and its By products. Widening Train services also is effective solution. Vehicles using Power running system (electric car's and bikes) should be more promoted.

In seventies , our socialistic outlook for the economy, had introduced this aberration in the pricing of petroleum products. With the wrong belief that kerosene is only used by poor citizens, an artificially low selling price was assigned to kerosene. It resulted in Govt. of India subsidising the losses of all oil sector companies. Petrol price was pegged a little higher to partially offset the losses incurred on sale of kerosene at the subsidised rates.
