Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

The pilerage/adulteration can also be addressed using the modern techniques like digital locking system using a {single or double] dynamic pass code only to the person in charge at the destination to his mobile with a copy of code to the sender as well for specific time frame. There should be a provision to break the pass code using the same technology.

Actually there are good number of oil basins in arabian sea as well as bay of bengal...,but the practical challenge is to explore the crude oil...in a very efficient drilling process as well as transporting from the middle of the sea shore to the land for refinery....

This period of low oil prices can be used as a stimulus war-chest to subsidize electric vehicles and renewable sources. Otherwise, we'll have to fight future wars with ISIS and the like instead of the US. Additionally, decentralized power production gives every house independence from the grid and sets up an entrepreneurial environment for them, with unrestricted access to energy

Discouraging of use of Kerosene is one of remedy by promoting energy efficiency & its conservation. Moreover, major quantity of alloted quota of PDS kerosene is diverted to black market. Even dist wise allotments are not at per the various statistic of the population. Deserving dists are getting less quantity than the non deserving areas. Likewise, many families not entitled are getting subsidised kerosene due to political influence, whereas deserving families are deprived.

Aaj maine Shri Arunji Jaitley ka statement padha LPG Subsidy k bare me. Mai ye kehna chahta hun ki agar aap income tax payer ko LPG subsidy nahi doge to log jo aaj income tax pay karte hai wo log income tax ki chori karke desh kia khajana kam kar sakte hai.aap aisi scheme banaye ki jo income tax dega use 12 ki jagah 15 cylinder pe subsidy melige.isse aapko jyada tax payer milenge aur sarkari khajane ko nuksaan bhi nahi hoga.

There in no proper dust bin in each area or ward, municipality should be ordered to place proper quantity of dust bin in each area. This is must for swachha Bharat compain. Every citizen should be punished (10 /- ) by any govt. employee, if he spoiled the cleaning of any place and viceversa. A plant(which has min requirment for growth) should be placed at out of every house by enviorment department of that town and restrict to landlord for look after of this plant with punishment.

I am studying in std 12th and today i would like to share what our sir discussed-- He said"a car company just shapes a metal and moulds it and has its own right of deciding price, similarly a man who sells tea can decide his own rate of cut or cup ,then why the prices of agriculture products is decided by government ? the laws must be changed . Our country is more than 60% agriculture depended .its time to look after them.they r the ones who produce things &not shape&sell.
