Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

हम गोबर गैस को बढ़ाबा दे सकते है ताकि लोगो को सस्ती गैस मिल सके और LPG की समस्या से छुटकारा पा सके ।

I believe the problem is being created because we are moving away from a natural alternative. It is a well scientifically established fact that gobar gas could be a very powerful and eco-friendly alternative for LPG. Gobar gas and waste products can be channelized and used for domestic purposes. It is being implemented however in a small scale and on a very limited platform. We can try to expand this healthy change and remain independent as far as possible in terms of petroleum.

It is essential that citizens of NE feel that they are in control of their resources and not being exploited.They should have a stake in their development. The steps may be-1) Skill dev centres in NE related to the oil industry.to train and absorb students.2) Increased royalty on Oil and gas to be given to states.3) Increased targets of CSR from the operating companies.4)To have backward integration,ancillary units of Oil industry based in the NE.5) Network of pipelines to be built in NE.

I would like to bring to the notice of the government that few tests on plants and plastic were taken in India and even IIT Madras witnessed herbal fuel which is similar and proved by ramarpillai and the related article is here : http://ces.iisc.ernet.in/hpg/envis/herdoc98.html so, if the government focus on other resources then it is verymuch possible to avoid using petrol and make green India as well as independent from gulf crude!! I hope the posts posted here were used and give good returns

Why we need petrol when a car can run based on hydro and water..recently a car mechanic in Surat and proved it..heres the link too http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=a0Sgo2AoSrE if govt wants to help the economy then it can develop research on it and like Japan even India can launch hydro cars and bike.. say bye bye to gulf countries for crude and use our resources!!

Sir,jese ki maine dekha hi schools m jo madayan bojan chalta hai wo sahi tarike se amal ni hi parha abtak,bacho ko ajkal bhojan to parso jarha par wo sahi aur paustik ni rehta..iska jo paisa aata h usme bhi bhaut corruption hai jo khanna bante hai wo aanaj apne ghar lejate aur isme bhaut log mile rehte hai sbki mili bhagat rehti hai aur is karan bacho ke pass proper food ni pauch pta hai plz do some alternative to this agar hum bacho ko hi paise de khana banane lane ki liye roj to yeh sahi ho

Sir, jese ki apne man ki baat progam me kahi th ki ap drug alcohol addict ke bare m kuch suggestion chahte h ...sir in my opinion hume kuch easa krna padega jise parents ko apne child ke bare m pta chalta rhe kyoki jo bhi drug alcohol lete hai wo apne ma baap ke peet peche easa krte hai..aur sir in alcohol drugs ke rate itne high ho jana chiye ki ye normal common man usko karid hu na sake... aur maine ek baat aur suni h ki gujarat m alcohol ban hai to jab waha hoskti hai to pura india m bh
