Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Sir, I have one issues with high commission of India in Uganda. Whenever we take any documents for attesting they charge for one attestation abound 500 INR...which I think it is very high charges. We need it to do free because in India we does not pay for any attestation from gazetted officer or any officer.

Diagnostic tests have become mandatory for treating the patients by doctors, but unfortunately no mandatory standards are in place for the Equipments, Instruments, Chemicals used for these tests. A Certifying authority must be there for setting-up a diagnostic centre, The Staff appointed for collecting the samples, performing tests and issuing the reports should have minimum prescribed qualification. We find that these standards are missing in majority of the centres.

Local communities should be made to understand the importance of the natural resources which are also our national resources and taking them out and utilizing them in an effective manner can come as an employment generator and source of development for the entire NE Area

Cancell all type of license and registration given to such commercial users having shops and stalls and If unregistered, then levi material penalty + record them and increase amount of penalty for subsequent misconduct.

In a North East Area, people should get the basic necessary things nearer to the work site and should make the awareness camps for them how they will get benefited through the production activities. Moreover the confidence should be built up with State Government in the local benefits attached with this activities so that people can get attracted for the participation.

When we talk about developing tourism which would resuts into more job creations, more value additions, we fails to provide basic facilities, like SHIRDI is world wide famous, but it does not have Airpot, although the work started and runway is ready, but the main building is not constructed, if this project is completed it would help large numbers of visors to vist SHIRDI not from India but also from world over, this will generate more revenue and job opportunities.

I am just a Student but Still I Want To suggest My Views to Increase The efficiency Of Swacch Bharat Abhiyan. I Want That Dustbins Should Be Placed near Every Shops That Sell Chips toffees Etc. Because Unless the People Will Find Dustbins They Will Obviously Throw The Wrappers On The Pavement. So I Think If The Dustbins Are Put In Proper Place It Will Surely Help To Fasten The 'clean India campaign' To Some Extent.

I am afraid the politicians and local party workers should not make mockery of Swachha Bharat Abhiyan of Hon Prime Minister. Sir you need to take some steps to curb such attitude which dont care for the actual thought but interested in projecting themselves and most of the time killing the basic thought.
