Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Dear PM Sir I do home tuition and my wife teaches girls and women cutting and tailoring. We have PAN NOs also. We want bank loan to purchase house but no bank is ready to provide loan according their rules. If we contact agents .. They want their share first which is not fair...what we have to do and other person like us. ?

Respected PM Sir We have already bank a/c but we want Jan Dhan Yojana Kahata. How can we get this? We contact our Bank but they say this is not for you. Please make it possible.

कई लोगो का बीमा पहले से ही होता है, कई लोग दो तीन बीमा नहीं करा सकते है ! कुछ लोग सिर्फ बचत खाता चाहते है पर ये जबरदस्ती बीमा का फॉर्म भरवाते है जिनके पास पेन कार्ड है उनका डीमैट खाता भी खोल देते है ! चाहे उन्हें इसकी जानकारी हो या नहीं ! जन धन योजना वाले कहता नहीं खोले जा रहे है ! कृपया कर के इस मामले पर ध्यान दे ! में ये पत्र मयूर विहार फेज १ की ब्रांच के सम्बन्ध में लिख रहा हु ! जिसका IFSC Code: SBIN0060336 ये है

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी में आपका ध्यान प्रधानमंत्री जान धन योजना की और लाना चाहता हु इस योजना के तहत बैंक खाता खोले जा रहे है परन्तु स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया किस कई ब्रांच बैंक खाता नहीं खोल रहे है ! फॉर्म लेने जाओ तो फॉर्म नहीं है कहते है ! और अगर नार्मल बचत खाता खुलवाये तो उस के साथ जबरदस्ती डीमैट खाता खोल देते है, चाहे किसी को जरुरत हो या नहीं ! एक्सीडेंट बीमा भी जबरदस्ती किया जा रहा है अगर कोई नहीं करवाना चाहता है तो कहते हे ये अनिवार्य है !

I would suggest both central and state govt should develop tourism to make people interested. Then participation will follow. But great efforts are needed to develop these states. If they are persuaded to believe that industial development will offer them work opportunities, they will co-operate. For this free skill training of the local youths is an essential key.

The decision to replace German with Sanskrit just a week before exams will have a bad influence on the academic result as well as on the impression children hold about Sanskrit. It'd have been better from all sides if the current session could be carried on with German and Sanskrit could be introduced from the next session. I am seriously disappointed. I feel that children should be allowed to give exams with German in this session.
