Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

should involve local people in all activities.should hire local engineers,contractors,local labors et al. explain to ppl the benefits of work being undertaken,what it means for their state and country. and if there are sponsored protests et al,should be dealt with strictly. cant expect local ppl to be cooperating when someone from maharastra et al goes there with bihar labors and start work when localities themselves facing lot of issues there. participation of localities in all activities must.

आज देश के 80% रेलवे स्टेशन पर खराब पानी मिलता है। और बोतल बँद पानी धड्ले से 20 रूपये लsीटर में बिक रहा है। मेरा मानना है की करोड़ो रूपये की लागत से बने रेलवे स्टेशन पर क्या 3-4 लाख रूपये और लगाकर 30-40 RO water फ़िल्टर नहीं लगाये जा सकते। आप कह सकते है की इनका maintenence महंगा हो जायेगा तो मेरा तर्क है की क्या इन RO के पास में दान पात्र रखा जा सकता है। मुझे पूरा विशवास है की मेरे भारत वर्ष की दानवीर जनता 1-2 रूपये करके daily इतना पैसा तो डाल ही देगी की जितने से इन RO का daily maintenence हो सके। इससे न केवल जनता को मज़बूरी में पानी 20 रूपये लीटर खरीदना पड़ेगा बल्कि साथ ही प्लास्टिक बोतलों से पर्यावरण को होने वाले नुकसान से देश को मुक्ति मिल जाएगी।

NE is known for it's natural beauty. So, I think tourism and commercial agriculture development is good for the world because in NE we found different type of medicine plants which are more valuable for society .Tourism is also possible by developing the infrastructure as soon as possible. Some people think Industrial growth is very good, yes it's good it will generate employment but in the same way it will harm the nature through industrial waste. Commercial Agricultural production is important

Plz provide GPS TRACKING system or NAVIGATION system in AMBULANCES... one day at night an ambulance asking to the hospital's address. As it was late night no was on the street. Because of no navigator Driver & Patient suffers. So, I request you to provide NAVIGATORS in AMBULANCES

Each school should adopt area around the school - roads and shopping areas. Then rank them each month on the basis of cleanliness. The results should be put on the notice board near the school gate. Also, the ranking should be sent to local authorities, MLA and media.

My first contribution to My Gov Swacch Bharat Abhiyan: Request government to get a law which prevent illegal construction over public property. This is main reason of Bharat not getting converted into Swacch Bharat. If government is serious about this campaign then illegal construction should be demolish and proper law should be brought in which every citizen should be made aware about it. Its use by average citizen to prevent illegal constuction in his/her locality.

I want to suggest the online police station and online FIR facility to all the indians...The one who want to file the FIR should go online and write the FIR itself... The national headquarters should forward this FIR to the respective thana... There should be also a feedback system to know about the satisfaction level of the victim after completion of the case. This will reduce the cases where thana incharge refuse to write a FIR... This can be a great effort towards good governance.. Thankyou !

Solar cooker with more innovation has to be developed. That research has to be awarded. That solar should be an alternative for the present gas cooker. Such research will drastically reduce our petroleum import and help saving huge forex.

Since NE and ROI(Rest of India) has very narrow connectivity, its more of investment non-friendly zone. Ensuring improved Marine infra and Air traffic can overcome this hurdle. Also call for Infra bonds with Tax benefit exclusively for infra.dev. in this region will defiantly make it possible. Terrain of this region is friendly for small/mini Hidro-power units and wind-based energy (renewable). As of Oil & Gas, Arunachal is enriched and we have to settle down with China once for all on this matr
