Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ALL THE DEPARTMENTS AND MINISTRIES TO ACCESS VACANCIES IN ONE YEAR ADVANCE AND A PANEL OF CANDIDATE MUST BE READY FOR FILLING UP OF VACCANCIES WITHIN A WEEK. PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT , EXAMINATION AND RESULTS PREPARATION AND PANEL DECLARATION SHOULD BE TIME FRAMED AND TRANSPARENT AND CORRUPTION FREE. GOVERNMENT MUST FULFILL THE ASPIRATIONS OF YOUTH AND CREATE JOB OPPORTUNITY UPTO MAXIMUM . NEVER BAN NEW RECRUITMENT IN ANY DEPARTMENT AND MINISTRY .

Development tax - The model will work if we take this challenge as a true patriot n make our nation self reliant put each penny donated for public scrutiny and post all the expense in simplified way on social media,as well as put all the development work done uploaded on net and let the project run in a manner on which each state first get equal share.Then after first phase each district and so on so that we do penetrate development in the remotest village one by one and through own funds

Development Tax A new tax system should be introduced by collecting Rs1 per day on a voluntary basis. It should be collected daily the account should be put on social media and the expenditure should be made solely for development on projects ,infrastructure ,industry can we imagine if even 40% ppl donate daily it wud turn approx 40crores daily.And 40*10000000*365 in a year which will make our nation self reliant and independent of FDI.But to instill the confidence the income n expense should

I come from NE and understand the issue of locals being disturbing the exploration or intruding the working environment. However this issue can be handled by doing partnership from the local leader / businessmen of the region who will ensure continuous safe working environment by managing the external local community. Once the confidence is set, development of areas for schools, hospitals, building infrastructure & attracting tourism will enable peaceful control back in the system peacefully.

Dear Modi ji, I would request the government to initiate changes in history taught in the schools.In my view history was/is taught highlighting the invaders who attacked our country from the last one thousand years.Unfortunately life of patriots/great warriors like maha rana pratap, shivaji maharaj,guru gobind singhji,bhagathsingh,subhash chandra bose,chandra shekhar aazad is hardly known to the students.Itihaas aisee bathayee jaye ke vidyarthiyon mein swabhimaan aur deshprem jage.

Facilities need to get created to teach Portuguese to those looking at migrating to Brazil, a country in need of teachers, nurses, engineers and other skilled manpower; on the likes of Alliance Francaise and Goethe Institut. Russia could be tapped to ensure the teaching of Russian so as to ensure that more people from this country settle in that vast country of immeasurable potential

It is high time that we start an alternative energy commission which would research on harnessing the energy abundant in mother nature. One good example is harnessing the wave energy. With a vast stretch of coast line our country has failed to tap it. Thiugh the critics claim it as economically not viable and effective we should improvise on the literature and improvise it to suit the our purpose.

The government should take steps and ban defacing of walls, punish spitting on the roads and spitting from moving vehicles. The political parties should stop defacing open space.

The one handed solution for all listed problem is to have strong grievance redress-al mechanism because all schemes which are in place are sufficient to improve rural livelihood. If govt intent completely on complaint registering and timely solution using a single window using technology it can emerge as revolution in India but seems difficult by seeing MP govt. 181 phone scheme implementation(just an example)
