Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Dear sir, for proper road discipline which is one of biggest task for government to stop road accident. I am living in Dubai from one year. I surprise to see that Indian roads have no sign boards and road markings. Kindly make a target for this year to put road marking and sign boards on every road through out country for this first make a standard same for whole country. This will make country look beautiful and can reduce number of accident drastically... Please think about it sir.

Hope most of the Indians agree this, PLEASE STOP PASSING THE BILL ON LAND ACQUISITION. If you pass this bill every village/city land becomes MLA or MP's or CM's or Pinami or their RELATIVE LAND.. 100 % there is a chance of misuse. I liked all your actions except your CONCRETE Support to INDUSTRIALIST or indian Billionaire. If you want to RULE india for more than 10+ years stand for PEOPLE NOT for CORPORATES. PLEASE do this immediately. Otherwise people like us will loose confident MODI sir

I have suggestion please don't increase excise duty unnecessary. I would request you please also give some relief to the aam aadmi, so they will also feel that gov is doing something for aam aadmi. I am BJP supporter so i would request you whatever you have promised in the election please try to fulfill these then only you will repeat the BJP gov else not. corporate sector never go for vote only aam admi go for vote and make the gov. Please also try to implement all DBTL scheme in efficien way.

Since December i have been trying hard to get DBTL . All formalities fulfilled..9 visits to OMC.. Still waiting for subsidy transfer.... Mr Modi are these ache din u promised...

The government should implement the plantation of Jatropha beside the railway lines. Jatropha is a plant which would enable a natural barrier on the railway track . Beside , the plant is not used as a cattle foster and hence no animal would be attracted to it.3rd , It does not require special care and can be planted at rocky sites with no little water. 4th, Jatropha is famous for its capability to provide Bio-Diesel which can be used for large machines /trucks thereby reducing dependence on Fuel

Sir, kindly make arrangement of free distribution of non subsidized lpg cylinder to any one and in any quantity on market rate whether he had connection or not because who need cylinder they arrange through black market if it is in force then publish these thing large scale to know people about these things and also want to inform you that their is some error in transfer of subsidy amount because i pay 725 for one cylinder but receive 568 and 269 in two transations kindly see the matter

A very basic severance tax may be levied on the oil companies active in the region and with the funds collected a Northeast Petroleum Institute can be established. This institute can help the industry get trained human resources for the petroleum industry, but also help the social development in the region. The institute can study environmental degradation in the area and come up technological solutions. Improving petroleum resources and increasing recovery factors can also be studied.
