Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Dear Sir, another point I wish to make is about TAX EXEMPTION on comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance Policies. People will go for comprehensive policy and NOT a Third Party Policy.This will help resolving the issues(accidents in particular) much faster and will also save on COURT/ JUDICIARY times The judiciary can pay more attention to other issues.And the people will be glad because they get I T REBATE on comprehensive premium paid. Hope you will discuss with theconcerned persons. Thanks & Re

The Budget must be in making. I feel that BICYCLES should be promoted amongst school-going children. The TAX levelson bicycles must be brought down to make the BI-CYCLES affordable. Parallelly a ban / restriction be put on use of automobiles in schools...even non-geared bikes should not be allowed till 10+2 classes. The staff at various offices be encouraged to POOL the vehicles.

Dear Sir, Overtaking without getting signal to overtake, Driving in wrong side or wrong lane, ignoring the red signals, currupt traffic police, uneducated taxi drivers, untrained drivers on road, rude and cheap attitude of Indian (sorry to say but we have to accept) etc are the regular issues that i am facing daily and due to above habbits in we Indians we face Traffic Jaam and so heavy use of petroleum and so loss of money and time. Indians attitude and currupt police...killing India.

respected sir,mere pas ek idea h jise hm govt. ki revenue increase kar sakte hai jaise ki petroleum department cylinder par advertisement kare jise sarkar ko revenue milega aur agar koi outsource company advertise nhi karti h to sarkar apne hi policies like swach bharat abhiyan,TB,manrega etc ko bh advertise kar skti h iski help se govt ka media(tv) advertisement ke expenses kam hoyenge. ye bh ek tarah se govt ka revenue hoyega.

Ram ram Pradhan mantri ji, Main chahata hu k india me sports bike par roke ho jo 180cc se upar ha jiske karan ha. 1. In bikes ki avg kam hoti ha or pollution jayada or paiso ki barbadi. 2. Rash driving ye log hi karte ha. 3. Chori, girls se chedkhani, criminal activity in bike pe jayada hoti ha kyoki ye bikes 3s me ankho k aage se gayab ho jati ha. 4. Accidents ki bharmar 5. Traffic rules or ye bike ka koi taal mel nahi ha. 6. Galiyo me se ye bike itni tez nikalte ha k chote bacho ko...

As Central Government already initiated for that to give option to leave subsidy for GAS consumption. It is suggested that all petroleum company should add a option in their website to opt to leave the subsidy as several clint book their gas cylinder on website. Beside this one more option it also initiated that if some one want to reduce subsidy upto the some extent viz 25%, 50%, 75% that options may please be made avaialble or it may be in rupees dinomation like rs. 100,200, 300 etc..
