Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

dont use fraudulent methods for winning the way in which the new channel newx and the talkative useless arrnab goswamy changing colours indicateamith shar majic is working in delhi I am sure delhi people will teach him a lesson

I suggest gov not to decrease tax on petroleum product and and use this revenue for creating petroleum reserves which will be useful in future during war and other unfavorable conditions possible.

recent news in tamilnadu National security agency should look into this case car got into accident when going from coimbatore and palakudu from the damaged car police and people have recovered around 3 crores of recurrence of 500 and 1000 denomination it is also a coincidence that all the people travelling in the car belongs to one community it is high time to demonitise 500 and 1000 notes to black out counterfeit, terrorist funding and black money

crude oil priceshave fallen steeply but price of petrol and diesel have not fallen proportionately as it was increased i am confused about the petroleum policy

dear sir do u know every day many tankers refill witout billing and it causes increase of fule rates and losses of petyrolium company.this amount of witout billing tank filling goes in pockets of officers and other persions.it can be stopped by e-card filling

Need of the hour to create Price stabilization fund. Govt must force oil companies to share a percentage of their cost to Price stabilization fund which will be used when the international crude prices start shooting up. This can be used to prevent any burden being passed to common man.

Sir, If a farmers land is acquired by govt. (UPAVP) & farmer filled a case against UPAVP regarding the increased amount of compensation of land. The decision was given in local court in the favour of the farmer & UPAVP paid 50% of compensation & took stay against decision in local court. after then 12 years had passed & the farmer's case is still pending at high court & farmer does not have money to give money to the lawyer at high court & UPAVP not agree for settlement. Can farmer be helped.
