Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Permanent Solution for Border with China: It should be done on the lines of the US Border with Canada or Mexico, namely, STRAIGHT LINE Theorem, The only thing to be decided is where it must be drawn. For this, both the countries must state their positions stating proofs and averaged out formula MUST be arrived. If there is a Village on the way, then the Village must be ask as to where they want to go with. In this case, the boundary of the village+500 mts, becomes the International border.

Since 1947 NE region is neglected one. NE people are rated as foreigners in India !! Time has come to educate ourselves. They are straight and simple people and we are too complex and vindictive to handle these simple grass rooted people. Engagement of a NGO with GOI task force containing at least some rational, simple and heartiest group will be a key; REST WILL COME AFTER.

Affordable health care and education to all class of citizens is most important basic needs of population. As we see Education and healthcare costs are invariably higher. private parties in Health and Education, where they spend lavishly and earn windfall profit. Business, Politics and profits must be kept away from these two sectors.by enacting a legislation to restrict profit with 10% & rest be returned to the people who payed for it. Politicians have colleges/hospitals they rule the roost

it's first job of the government to facilitate to public transportation in where 10lacs above population in city.. and our responsibility to use efficiently to that facilities.....

Challenge is to not use petrol but I studied something in 11th class chemistry regarding straight chain hydrocarbons with branches (iso) group like isooctane for higher calorific value and better fuel efficiency.

Ensure that whatever fuel we import we pay with our currency or with some currency which we can exchange easily and use for lending with our banks.

EVERYONE ATTENTION! Its not a proud moment for us to be announced the largest arms importer, it does not mean that we done a wonderful job. It means that huge amount of money that could be utilized in industrial sectors has flown out of our country. About billions of dollars have been flown out of country on purchase of jetfighters from France.Our country is full of talented youth and still our country depends on Russia and other countries for weaponry. I think it is a moment of shame.

Every drop of petrol saved is petrol produced. Please remove congestion from roads. As a rule, remove crossings, make fly-overs or under-passes. It will avoid accidents, will save precious lives, save families from perils,contriute in progress and make nation prosperous by saving fuel import costs.
