The practical system / internal assessment system / formative assessment system/ project work system or any such system where the concerned teacher commands some control to affect one's talent or performance really leaves a room for wrong/ partial assessment in the assessment system. It would be really useful to have an assessment system where everything is assessed or measured by an external source/ resource person. Such corruption is seen everywhere in medical/ engineering/teacher education.

3) Course linked with future career options- i donot think any major change is needed in coures till 10th class, but what ever activity is done ..should be done effectively.
ii)After 10th there is a lack of quality teachers..in fact there is always lack of quality teachers in our country..and so education quality is low.
iii) At this point i think govt should start thinking technical education in Indian languages-like Science,Arts,Commerce,..it will support India oriented innovative thinking

We should focus on 1) Teachers availability 2) Students admissions 3) Course of classes linked with further career options.
1)Teachers Availability- Support from vicinity area college students, Virtual classes based on audio video resources. Rigorous teachers training. centralized or group study material developement.
2) Student admissions-Aggressive programme to enrol new students ,evening classes in rural area, support from village locals in school building

Re-look education: Have Practice schools planned with actual work training with supported education needed for all the streams from 5,8,10,12. The practice schools can be on all subjects which are based on industry needs in all sectors/areas of engineering/management/catering/mechanics/electrician/plumber/arts/dance/music/sports/military etc. This will help students to branch out the area of their choice and study only relevant areas to support. employability becomes high with less cost ........

Re-look education: Think differently. Revamp the system. Have school leaving certificates after Class 5, Class 8, Class 10 and Class 12 instead of 10 & 12. Have Practice schools planned with actual work training with supported education needed for all the streams from 5,8,10,12. The practice schools can be on all subjects which are based on industry needs in all sectors/areas of engineering/management/catering/mechanics/electrician/plumber/arts/dance/music/sports/military etc....................

The race for getting good grades in the board examination should be discouraged. This is very wrong practice. I feel that the board examination should be replaced by All India Talent Examination . Those who clear in two attempts in one should be allowed to enter into higher education system and pursue advance learning. Those who fail to qualify must be allowed to take up vocational education. The Vocational education should be expanded for them. This will make the real citizen for the country.

Successful learning will be to reshuffle the complete way of teaching by planning it well . So that continuity of the subject remains and students learn it with interest rather try than forceful reading. Students should be able to express themselves more verbally and experimenting the topics. They should be able to apply the learning in daily life. Everyone should become the part of some or the other organization to work as a team and produce results. Why wait for MBA degree to learn management?

Sir, I feel that board examination should not be the criteria to evaluate the overall personality of the students. The students are under tremendous pressure during the Secondary and Senior Secondary Board Examinations. The students should be evaluated only once before entering into higher education. It should be a complete test of over all development of the student. We have adopted an education system, where there is no correct physical and mental development of the student its only a race.

In my view, we need to keep one thing in mind, whatever we plan should be more practical in the long run. People should be able to benefit from that study in the long run. Otherwise, generally when students are scoring so high grade become meaningless after the college admissions. This is poor planing where the only way of survival is to mug up the topics or answers without much understanding and vomiting it in the exams to score the marks. This is not valuable learning .It looses it importance.
