Repeal RTE, replace with a realistic law that acknowledges that state governments have failed in providing quality education. Private schools are the only option available to parents and students. Government schools are of poor quality and there are not enough schools to cater to student population. So states should start a voucher program for poor families with which they can attend private schools of their choice by paying market fees with vouchers given by Gov. This is better option that RTE.

Students are not only the future but backbone of any country. We must focus on education system before adopting for making change in any other faculty. It highly depends upon how students have been educated on and to educate them with a system which can develop their inner power, intellectual and also make them a patriot citizen is a duty of govt. One must have to learn, utilise their abilities to build a nation stronger and self-dependent rather than depending upon other nations for technology

A key to develop India is innovations'. Innovation comes from Science and Technology, which is taught in foreign language (English) in India. Majority rural students don't opt for studying science after grade 10, just because they can't master English language. How many innovative brains we loose from pursuing science education? Can we teach science in local language as it happens in US, UK, Japan, China. They have more innovations because they use local language to understand science and tech.

There must be a legal framework for education such that every child can have it without being depened upon his parent/gaurdians.Outreach of Secondary and Senior Secondary education should be the first and foremost preority of Gov.Quality of secondary education can not be avoided it must be a parellel task with max outreach.I understand that providing education to millions of student is a big deal in itself but ignorance of quality will create an atmosphere that will harm our generations.
